We always have great service with Serra. The only issue we had this time is the tires we purchased were not the same tires that were on our car. We were told before we made the appointment that the tires would be replaced with the same brand of tires. We assumed the quote they gave us was for the original tires. Disappointed because we could have purchased the brand they put on the car quite a bit cheaper elsewhere. This is the first time we've ever had issues with service and maybe should have confirmed again before purchasing. We've owned three Kia's and the service otherwise has always been exceptional.
