Everyone in the service department was kind, personable , knowledgeable and helpful. They informed me of the delay on the delivery of the part I ordered (it wasn't vital to the vehicle at the time) and as , knowledgeable and helpful. Bought a 2024 Cadillac XT5. Cobweb swirls in the paint job. Getting the run around why. Didn't see it until I got the vehicle home. Bought 11/2/23. They are saying it is no Cobweb swirls in the paint job. Getting the run around why. Didn't see it until I got the vehicle home. Bought 11/2/23. They are saying it is normal, but I'm not buying that.
