I arranged with Brad Ballentine,the GM, to pick up my XT-5 with a loner vehicle in order to have the oil changed and tires rotated. The trip is approximately 150 mile roundtrip, the car was picked up in XT-5 with a loner vehicle in order to have the oil changed and tires rotated. The trip is approximately 150 mile roundtrip, the car was picked up in the morning and returmed that afternoon with the work completed and an exterior wash and interior vacuum also done. This makes my second XT-5 through Serra of Jackson but I've had previous experience with Brad at a former employer and I could not be happier. Brad always does what he says, he is a man of honor and intregity, he is someone that you can trust. More
