Surprise charges, rude service center manager. Was told a diagnosis for engine trouble would be no charge, then suddenly I was charged for the diagnosis. Service manager said "They normally do tell about the charge." I told him they did not, and it sounds like their problem that I'm suddenly charged for. Service manager was smart-mouthed about it, said, "It's not my problem because it's not my truck that's not under warranty." I bought the vehicle here, and it will be my last. More
