I am happy with the services performed and the ease of making an appointment for service. They also do get your car back quickly with a scheduled appointment, however, the last 2 times I have had an appo making an appointment for service. They also do get your car back quickly with a scheduled appointment, however, the last 2 times I have had an appointment they did get my car back quickly but when it was finished I was not notified and ended up waiting 20-30 minutes after my car was finished being worked on. Both times they said they thought I had left but I never left the waiting room and they did not call my name out-that I could hear- either time. I ended up having to track someone down to see if they were finished with my car both times. With a busy schedule, that was very inconvenient and frustrating. I feel they need a better way to notify you when your car is finished. More

I called the dealership to see if I could bring my vehicle in for an oil change and leave it since I did not have an appointment. Asked for a call when it was ready. I received no call and was working on a project for an out of town event Saturday morning. When I realized it was dark, I called the dealership and the answering machine picked up. I was devastated, I live in Brownsville with no transportation from Jackson and had a meeting on Saturday morning ou of town. I finally called for sales instead of service and someone answered. She called the service manager,but no answer. She kept trying and called me back to say he would have my vehicle pulled out front. I informed her, I had no keys. She said I guess he'll be there. By then, I had found someone to take me home, but no transportation for Saturday. We turned around and went back to Jackson. When I arrived at the dealership, the cashier that usually help me said she didn't do service customers any more. A salesman came over & said he would get my paperwork and keys but I had to be checked out by one of the sales managers. He was finishing up paperwork for a customer. I started this ordeal about 6:05 & finally arrived home a little after 8:00 pm.it was not a great day. More
