Used car I bought was initially priced a few hundred higher than the same car with similar mileage at other dealers--but I liked the color of this particular car. When I got in it, it had 450 more miles than was advertised on their site and on the paperwork showing me the 'true market value' of the car. When we got home after buying, we noticed the car came without the standard cargo net in the trunk, which came in the same exact year and model car we had bought at another dealership two months before. Salesman said he'd see what he could do; never called back. Not a huge deal. The sales experience down the road is a lot more comfortable IMHO. More

I went to get my car serviced and while I was there, I asked if I could test drive the 2018 equinox and the 2017 silverado. I really liked both vehicles that I test drove but the truck was more for me. Ryan and his team assisted me in figuring out my needs, wants, and finding the right vehicle for me. I came back the next day hoping to sign a lease for the right price. I went in and worked with Jim, Ryan and their team to end up signing a lease for the silverado. The whole time I was there, I felt respected and like a valued customer of Serpentini Chevorlet. I could not have asked for a better experience than this one. I bought a used car from their Strongsville dealership a few years back and had a great experience there as well. The Serpentini family cares about its people and family and friends. This is the reason I come back. They will do what they have to do in order to get the job done. The first time I bought from here was 12 years ago and both experiences I've had were positive. I'm extremely happy with our 2nd purchase and the terms of our financing, especially considering we have TERRIBLE credit right now and no one wanted to help us, even with cash down. The local Buy-Here-Pay-Heres were pitching ridiculous terms with less-than-acceptable-cars. Serpentini has excellent prices and helped us get into a nice car with financing for the payment we needed and with the cash we had to put down. Our Salesman Jim Lucas was honest and upfront with us and he was not pushy at all. Jim was also even a little flexible with our down payment, since the price on the vehicle dropped a few hundred dollars throughout the week. Jim is not your average car Salesman. We took several days to compare options and since I worked all week, Jim and I communicated via email, which is my preferred method anyway. We made an appt to come in when we decided on a car and the car was ready for us when we got there, along with all the paperwork for the sale. This car-buying experience was extremely efficient and enjoyable. Jim is 100% genuine and I will refer all of my family and friends to him when they are ready to buy a car. I dealt with another sales person prior to arrival but ended up working with Chris because that sale person wasn't working that day. He was kind enough to show me and my fiance the car, and even had it cleaned before we arrived. The dealership was also closing at 6pm but he stayed over until everything was worked-out accurately at the finance office. The finance manager was very honest with me so no problems there. If I had to do it again, I will give myself a three day trip instead of two but will definitely go down there again. I will give this transaction an A+. More
