Used car I bought was initially priced a few hundred higher than the same car with similar mileage at other dealers--but I liked the color of this particular car. When I got in it, it had 450 more miles than was advertised on their site and on the paperwork showing me the 'true market value' of the car. When we got home after buying, we noticed the car came without the standard cargo net in the trunk, which came in the same exact year and model car we had bought at another dealership two months before. Salesman said he'd see what he could do; never called back. Not a huge deal. The sales experience down the road is a lot more comfortable IMHO. More

I went to get my car serviced and while I was there, I asked if I could test drive the 2018 equinox and the 2017 silverado. I really liked both vehicles that I test drove but the truck was more for me. Ryan and his team assisted me in figuring out my needs, wants, and finding the right vehicle for me. I came back the next day hoping to sign a lease for the right price. I went in and worked with Jim, Ryan and their team to end up signing a lease for the silverado. The whole time I was there, I felt respected and like a valued customer of Serpentini Chevorlet. I could not have asked for a better experience than this one. I bought a used car from their Strongsville dealership a few years back and had a great experience there as well. The Serpentini family cares about its people and family and friends. This is the reason I come back. They will do what they have to do in order to get the job done.
