Our over all experience was good. Our sales rep. was very courteous and made us feel comfortable. The financial person was very courteous. I also do not believe the oil was changed prior to me taking delivery of the car. The sales rep. says it was, but in looking at the oil it looks dirty to me. Also the car had not been detailed. Most preowned vehicles I have purchase have been detailed. The car had been cleaned, but not detailed. The under floor storage compmartments were dirty. Over all we had a good experience other than the aforementioned. More
