I filled out a contact questionaire and a financing information form on their website. I had thought that they could contact me about questions that I had on financing my car purchase. After my initial negative reaction to the missing personal follow-up, I was contacted by Monica Bailey who apologized for the delay in response and went the extra mile to put me in contact with the right people. Mark Chase called me personally to answer my questions and discuss my finance options. Both of them were very helpful. Although I have not found the perfect vehicle to purchase yet, we are working together to locate one within their dealer network. With the new developments since my first encounter, I would recommend Serpentini Chevrolet in Tallmadge to my friends and co-workers. More
