Sold Pickup From Under Me I had my local dealership call about a pickup in the morning and they made a deal with Chris. Settled on a price site unseen and had arrangements to get it picked up. My local dealership got a call the next morning saying that it was no longer available and that it was sold to someone else. After some investigation and calling them personally, I came to find out that they had a better offer that afternoon on the day we had made a deal and sold the pickup to someone else after they had made a deal with us. When I personally called them Jim told me "That it was just business." Which means that they are MORE WORRIED ABOUT PADDING THEIR WALLET THAN TAKING CARE OF THEIR COSTUMERS AND KEEPING THEIR WORD. My feeling has always been that costumer service comes first and that your word should mean something. I would not recommend doing business with this dealership ever!!! Fair and Honest Bought a used 2005 Subaru Legacy for a great price vs. Kelley BB and Cars.com. There was a haze on the windshield and the rear passenger side door wo Bought a used 2005 Subaru Legacy for a great price vs. Kelley BB and Cars.com. There was a haze on the windshield and the rear passenger side door would not open. The used car sales manager said they would repair both problems prior to delivery. When the car was delivered (to our home!) the door was repaired but the steam cleaning of the windshield did not remove the haze. Took a couple phone calls but Serpentini paid for the replacement of the windshield. Awesome dealership! More

The wife and I went to purchase a vehicle, put money down, signed an agreement that we would purchase the vehicle when it came in 2 days later and then 2 days after that we were informed that the vehicle was sold to someone else. My wife called the dealership location they were picking up the vehicle from and was informed that the vehicle was not sold and they still had it and that Serpentini never contacted them to pick up the vehicle. Serpentini Chevrolet in Tallmadge obviously never intended to pick up the vehicle for us! All they offered was to get a different vehicle for us which was not the one we wanted. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN AND YOU SHOULD THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU DO TOO! More

Great place to get a car I came into your store 3 years ago, my credit was terrible. I couldn't get the car I wanted, this was NOT my salesmans fault. My first new car:). I called it Sparky. Well,having Sparky helped me clean up my credit. For my birthday this year, I thought, I really wanted a Cruz 3 years ago.I wonder if my credit is clean enough for me to get it now. I walked in and Bill Fellows, my sales man listened to what I wanted and with in 15 minutes I knew I would be leaving with my new Cruz. I love my car! And I can't thank Bill enough for all his help and kindness. If you go in ask for Bill, I know you won't be disappointed. More

We did everything via email and phone, I showed up and there was my truck, ready to roll. The exact truck I wanted, at a payment I wanted. I was in and out in under an hour, which is helpful for a guy with my schedule. Nick was completely professional, as was Rick in the business office.
