NOT A PUSHY SALESMAN My husband and I were in need of a new vehicle. We went three different car dealerships. At one of those dealerships, I did not like the approach of My husband and I were in need of a new vehicle. We went three different car dealerships. At one of those dealerships, I did not like the approach of the salesman nor the sales manager. They were pushy and not very accommodating. I have dealt with Jim Lucas of Serpentini Tallmadge, so at 6:00 on a Saturday night, knowing darn well that the dealership was closed, I still called and asked for Jim. I got ahold of him told him of our experience at the other dealership and gave him the information of the care we wanted and what we wanted in it. he e-mailed information on that Monday. I called and thanked him and told him I would get back to him. The best attribute of Jim, is, he did not pester me and ask when my husband and I were going to come and take a look at the cars he sent me. I appreciate that he didn't bother us. I can not stand pushy salesman and he was not! Long story short, my husband and I did go to Serpentini Tallmadge and Jim hooked us up with the vehicle we wanted. He was professional in every way.
