NOT A PUSHY SALESMAN My husband and I were in need of a new vehicle. We went three different car dealerships. At one of those dealerships, I did not like the approach of My husband and I were in need of a new vehicle. We went three different car dealerships. At one of those dealerships, I did not like the approach of the salesman nor the sales manager. They were pushy and not very accommodating. I have dealt with Jim Lucas of Serpentini Tallmadge, so at 6:00 on a Saturday night, knowing darn well that the dealership was closed, I still called and asked for Jim. I got ahold of him told him of our experience at the other dealership and gave him the information of the care we wanted and what we wanted in it. he e-mailed information on that Monday. I called and thanked him and told him I would get back to him. The best attribute of Jim, is, he did not pester me and ask when my husband and I were going to come and take a look at the cars he sent me. I appreciate that he didn't bother us. I can not stand pushy salesman and he was not! Long story short, my husband and I did go to Serpentini Tallmadge and Jim hooked us up with the vehicle we wanted. He was professional in every way. After being turned away by several other dealerships Tom Levanduski was the first representative to stop me from walking out the door and negotiate. I got the pre-owned truck I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. But the story doesn't end there! Less than a week after my purchase, I discovered that the rear window defroster didn't work. I Emailed Tom and he said to bring it in. Serpentini replaced the entire rear window at their expense for an issue that was a Ford factory problem! Needless to say I'm looking forward to doing business with them in the future. More
