But Joey spent a lot of time working on this and ultimately he made an offer that brought me in and we made a deal that I am happy with. Finance guy was pretty squirrely about the GM supplier discount. Ultimately, that cost be about $800 extra. He ran himself in circles trying to convince me that they were holding the price when they kept that money instead of letting me take the discount. But it was still a good deal so i did it. When we finalized and walked out to the truck, I noticed the headlights were full of condensation. I pointed this out and they brought the service manager out. He was adamant that this is within specification and it would disappear. It did for a day and next time it rained it was full again. It's clearly not within specification. But he got me out of there..We will see what happens with this. I'll update this review as it develops. Am i happy with the price paid? Yes Am i happy with the vehicle? Yes Am i happy with the way we got here? No, could've been a lot less squirrely and we'd both have been happy anyway. There is goodness in speaking plainly. Am i happy with how they treated the fogged up headlights at new vehicle delivery? Absolutely not. Ultimately, I recommend Joey to work with. But I suggest you be very clear on what's in/out before you walk in the door. More

He was not ready so we sat down with David and waited. He eventually said the car was in the back getting buffed or something and we could not see it. Jon came around 20 minutes later and said it would be 2 hours. My daughter said she would come back when it was done and they said they would text her. She has a text history where she kept asking and he said it was almost ready to see. She followed up 10 minutes later and he said it sold. Wasted our entire day because they cannot be honest. Just sleazy tactics. The car was never there and we should have realized when we arrived and they start saying want to look at other cars. Just complete lies. Save time and stay away from this place. Jon did not even care one bit. More

I went to the dealership today and I will be contacting the BBB regarding your dishonest and deceitful sales tactics. I drove over 50 minutes to this dealership because the vehicle with VIN KL77LJE20RC157882 shows an advertised price of $23,123 for the 2024 Trax 2RS. I got there and they told me it was a error and the price is actually $26,500!!! Absolutely ASININE AND ILLEGAL. Advertising a price that is over $3K less to bring people in the door then NOT HONORING THAT price is incredibly unethical!! I will be getting a lawyer involved if this is not rectified. More
We were lied to about the holding fee, for starters. Once we arrived, Russell presented us with a price of almost $9,000 more than advertised on your website. Once we refused, we continued to negotiate for the offered price. He said that those prices are inaccurate and that the only way to get that price is to go through GM. GM came back with an insulting percentage, so we refused to use them and continued to negotiate. He finally agreed to that price and put it on the congratulations form for $27,576. Once we got into financing, Alan started discussing the military with me, so I was distracted while signing. My wife caught that the cash price on the purchase agreement needed to be corrected because he had $29,326 as the price and not the $27,576 that we agreed upon. Alan quickly blew us off, stating that our rebate of $1,750 changed the cost to the negotiated price. My wife said, no, that is the wrong price but he reassured us that it was and handed us the thumb drive, so we finished. You could see it was wrong when we got home to review the documents. We notified Russell immediately, and he backed Alan up. My wife spoke to Alan the next day, and he repeatedly insisted that the price of the car was $29,326. She said that the price never came out of anyone's mouth, nor was it anywhere on any paperwork, but we took a picture of the document stating it was for the $27,576. Alan told us we received an amazing deal and should be very happy. This exchange was all through text, so we have documentation. What they did was jack the price up to $1,750, which voided our rebates, that was $500 for the military and $1250 for the GM one. They overcharged us $1,750!! More

My Mom had forgotten her magnifying glass, and she had informed them of this. When the bartering started, Her salesman went back and forth with the manager to get the price that she wanted. When she got home, and looked over the paperwork with her magnifying glass, she noticed that the price was $3000.00 more than what the salesman had told her. She called her salesman back immediately to inform them of this mistake. The salesman told her that she Did buy the car, and they added the $3000.00 more in fees, which They weren't required to tell her about. They also told her, because she signed the paperwork, she is stuck with the car, and there is Nothing She can do. They treated My 86 yr old Mother VERY RUDLEY. This Dealership took advantage of My Mom's Disability and Inability to see fine print. They lied to her about the price, because they knew she couldn't see, and they took advantage of the trust she had in them from numerous previous sales. My Mom has cried all Night, was unable to sleep, can't hold food down, and was at the bank all morning trying to get $3000.00 together because the salesperson deceived her. This dealership scams Elderly, Disadvantaged and Disabled People now. They used to be Excellent, which is why My Mom trusted them. But This is How they treat lifelong customers now. I am Disgusted by their Unethical, Underhanded, and Deceiving Practices. More

Nothing makes a woman more nervous than buying a car (especially those of us who know next to nothing about cars), and when I fell in love with an SUV at this dealership, I was cautious and nervous. Bricil put me at ease and guided me through the process with so much kindness and sincerity, I feel like I made a new friend! I felt very secure in my trade-in, a very fair exchange price was offered and the team made sure to get me in the road quickly and in my dream car. But where Serpentini earns my loyalty, and should earn your business, was what transpired after. Without getting into specifics, an issue did arise that any other dealership would have shrugged off or dismissed. John, a manager within the sales department, rose to the occasion. His dedication to my safety and my concerns was unparalleled; honestly I'm still in utter disbelief at how well I was taken care of, what lengths he went for my needs as a customer, and wish I could do more than this review. Please, PLEASE do yourself a favor and buy from Serpentini if you want absolute peace of mind. This car is everything I have ever wanted, and I may have found it at another dealership, but what I would not have found was this incredible dedication to customer satisfaction. You won't, either. Go to Serpentini, look nowhere else, you will NOT regret it! More

Also, as a female, I’ve never felt so comfortable working with a car sales man, ever. I never felt pressured, rushed or taken advantage of. He’s genuinely a great guy. Not a fake, phony, “make me some money” salesman. If we lived closer he’d be over for beers and a burger! That’s how comfortable he made us feel! I live over an hour away so a lot was done over phone/text so when I got to the dealership it was a super quick experience. Our salesman was the best, most honest person I’ve met in a long time. He did absolutely everything it took for us to get into a car in our budget. He was so understanding and down to earth.
