To be clear right off the bat Kara Lee did a great job up through the deal being finalized. My experience with the financial department was good while i was there not so good after. Seems like customer servi through the deal being finalized. My experience with the financial department was good while i was there not so good after. Seems like customer service is only good during the deal? I will start the detail with sales: 2/10 we signed papers 2/13 we picked up the spare that was not on the vehicle at time of purchase. at this time i asked our sales rep to contact the previous owner if possible (she said it was) to let me know the modifications that had been done to the vehicle. She explained she would and get back to me either way. I have yet to receive a phone call. Financial: 2/10 signed papers with Justin. a few days later he contacted me via voicemail and asked for me to get back to him with information about our company which I did via voicemail the next day. In that same voicemail I asked that he verify our mailing address as it is commonly entered incorrectly I asked him to call me back to verify. No response. After a few more days I called back and left another voicemail asking again about the mailing address as my concern was growing in regards to the memorandum title. I left all the valid information and asked to be called back to verify. Still no response from Justin. 2/28 called again to speak with Justin and got transferred to someone else (I do not recall the name) and explained the situation because we still have not received a title. He took my information assured me it would be completed. 3/1 contacted the bank after I received a letter in the mail stating some of the sales information was incorrect. I asked about the mailing address and they had received no communication from your dealership to change the information. They changed it on the phone and I hope that we will receive a title before the temp tags expire next week. Service: To quote your website: "Each used car at Serpentini Chevrolet of Strongsville has been through a detailed inspection by our auto technicians to ensure the superiority of our pre-owned vehicles." I question this statement as shortly after we made the modifications to return the vehicle to stock we removed the plow to find 3 of the 4 ball joints were bad. This did not show in the test drive because of the weight of the plow, but they were so bad that the vehicle had to sit close to another week before it could be repaired. This cost my business $1125.95 if this would have been disclosed prior to the sale we would have never purchased the vehicle. I believe the vehicle never went through an inspection as the damage was clearly visible once the vehicle was in the air. With our business growing at 22% annually we have a fairly significant need for vehicles and with local dealerships being sub-par I originally believed we might have found a dealership we could partner with moving forward. My experience since signing my name has certainly changed my opinion. I would certainly appreciate an email regarding this matter Bob Jones and the deal was completed under Halman Inc. I hope that this matter is addressed promptly. More

I just purchased a vehicle from Serpentini this past weekend. I had a great experience. Wayne Chalker made sure I had a great salesperson to work with who was ready and waiting when I showed up for my weekend. I had a great experience. Wayne Chalker made sure I had a great salesperson to work with who was ready and waiting when I showed up for my appointment. My saleperson, Dan Noel was awesome! Very low pressure, which is not what you expect typically. I was nervous about what I would get for my trade, but Rudy gave me a very fair price for my trade which was great. Dan Blazer in finance worked his magic and was able to get my payments right where I needed them to be. Overall I am very happy with my new car and the experience I had buying it. I would definately purchase another vehicle from Serpentini Chevrolet in Strongsville! More
This dealer is just down the road from me so it was the first place I visited when I decided to buy a new car. Looked online before visiting and put together a list of four cars on their lot that I wanted to look at. When I showed up at the dealer, my wife and I looked around the lot for 20 minutes with no help. There were three salesmen standing around in a circle talking to one another. The entire time we were looking for cars, they just stared at us never offering any assistance. Finally, someone asked if we had been helped, I told them that we hadn't, and they still didn't help us!! In the end, I never received any help from anyone at the dealership, and I will never return. Bought a car less than a week later from Classic Honda in Streetsboro which I highly recommend due to their great customer service. More

My husband and I purchased a Chevy Traverse from Ganley in Akron (great place). The front grill had a small crack that they gave us a "WE OWE YOU" receipt for and told us if we went to any Chevy dealershi in Akron (great place). The front grill had a small crack that they gave us a "WE OWE YOU" receipt for and told us if we went to any Chevy dealership they could order it for us and fix it and Ganley would pay the bill. So we took it to Serpentini in Strongsville. 1st off let me say, we had been here before to look for our new car. We told the salesman specifics in what we wanted and AWD was number one on our list. After about an hour we thought we had found "the one". As my husband was talking with the dealer and setting things up he learns that it's a FWD. Okay, thanks for the waste of time. Now, that isn't even the beginning! We took our Traverse in to get the front grill ordered and replaced. They lost my paperwork about 4 times! They were supposed to call Ganley and talk to the manager there. Well the guy at Serpentini lied to me and said "Sorry, I have tried calling him and he hasn't called me back". This was right after I got upset about them losing my paperwork and the process taking so long. Well I call Ganley thingking it was their fault and they apologized and said they NEVER EVER received any phone called from anyone at Serpentini (I definitly believe Ganley). So FINALLY about 2 months after this whole mess started I am on the phone with Serpentini trying to schedule the car to come in. The guy in the service dept says "when do you want to come in" and when I told him "tomorrow or the next day" he said "wait are you paying for this or..?" I said "No,Ganley in Akron." amd he said "Oh, yeah sorry we can't help you until next week".. UGH! So, then I finally get it in the following week and when we drive it home the check engine light comes on as well as the traction control, which we had never had problems with in the past! I couldn't believe it! So we took the car to Spitzer and it took them about 10 minutes. They said that the problem was an easy fix. Whoever had it last unplugged the electrical that caused those lights to come on. They didn't charge us anything, washed our car and we will go back to SPITZER in Macedonia next time! I can't believe those jerks at Serpentini are still in business. We will never be back there and will tell everytone we know not to! P. S. When I walked into serpentini with my baby there were about 10 guys sitting/standing around the service desk staring at me. Not 1 said hello! So rude.. and about 20 seconds later a guy finally asked me if I needed help. More
This place is a joke, The Service Dept. acts like you are wasting their precious time. False write up on service reports work not done. Had multiple problems with them on many visits, Said they turned all 4 wasting their precious time. False write up on service reports work not done. Had multiple problems with them on many visits, Said they turned all 4 rotors on brakes because of pulsating and they only turn front back ones I had to replace myself at my cost...BBB issue here. One time took car in to balance tires and they only did 3, Had problem with door lock they fixed and drove car in carwash with wipers on, bent wipers and did not say anything. Here is the best, Have another car that had fuel pump issue called to see if it is under recall they said no and got it fixed at Firestone $840. here to find out there was a extended service silent recall on it and now have to put a claim in with GM to get money back .... DO NOT use service here or find out for yourself that you made a mistake More
WOW! I can't beleive these people are still in business. My fiance purchased a Malibu from them, which has been a great car, but once you go back for warranty repairs the trouble starts. The service desk pe My fiance purchased a Malibu from them, which has been a great car, but once you go back for warranty repairs the trouble starts. The service desk personel are rude and even insulting towards females. Had the car in today for an advertised brake pad replacement of $200, and they decided to turn the rotors when it wasn't needed or authorized by me. A simple brake pad replacement turned into a $500 job! Almost everytime we take the car in we have to go back and demand they fix the problem again. Worst of all, they flat out LIE! -had the car in under warranty for a sound coming from the front suspension and the receipt and guy at the desk said they replaced the tie rod end.-Well I jacked it up a few days later when the sound started again and the tie rod end was by no means new. Also they will promise you free car-washes when you buy from them, but don't beleive that either because the car-wash has been broken for the last 2 years! Take your business to Pat O'Brien Chevy in Westlake, their staff is much better. More
Upon originally working with the dealership, i was very pleased. My salesman was very nice and polite. I went in twice to try and get a car. The second time, they were able to get somewhat close to the pri pleased. My salesman was very nice and polite. I went in twice to try and get a car. The second time, they were able to get somewhat close to the price i wanted that worked with my budget. I was just about ready to call the salesman and confirm i would come in for the purchase when i had another dealership call me with a much better deal on a vehicle that would save me $7,000 in the same length of finance that i would with Serpentini. Upon contacting the salesman to inform him that i was going to purchase the other vehicle, his tone instantly changed. I WAS VERY POLITE IN THE WAY I INFORMED HIM BUT HE JUST COULDN'T UNDERSTAND. He told me he didn't get it. I asked " get what?". He then started to scold me about them trying to help people and it's just not enough. At this point, i hung up on him before i lost my temper!! If he was there to help me make payments over the next six years, i would understand....but he isn't. Sorry, i have to look out for my best interest....not his! I am sure my initial impression of him was dead on. He was very nice and i am sure he is a good man and maybe he had a bad day but from a business stand point, it was horrible! It turned me off from ever going to Serpentini ever again. I will never recommend the dealership to anyone as well. And....i know a lot of people looking for vehicles right now. More
