Due to my recent positive experience with Serpentini,I recommended this dealership to my elderly neighbor. She was in need of selling her husbands vehicle quickly and as easily as possible, due to his ill recommended this dealership to my elderly neighbor. She was in need of selling her husbands vehicle quickly and as easily as possible, due to his illness and I had noticed their sign out front that read we buy cars.I contacted my salesman on her behalf to inquire if they would be in the market for this particular vehicle and would she be able to sell quickly and for a good price.My salesman Jesse lined up the used carman Lou and Mr.Deiss to guide my neighbor through the process. The team at Serpentini could not have been more kind,including Bobby Serpenti,they gave her the assurance she needed to have a clerical error corrected with the title which my neighbor had been unaware of,averting a disaster and stress and most importantly gave her a fair price on a 2 year old low mileage non Chevy vehicle.All I can say whether dealing new or used or otherwise the service at this dealership is the best. We were so happy we even stayed for lunch and like the breakfast of my last visit,it was freash,tasty and good. Thanks guys. More
