I traded in my truck for an hhr ss, very friendly people. The only thing I'm not happy about is the prep of the vehicle, yeah it was clean but he only put half a tank of gas in. They ALWAYS used to put a full tank in when you bought a car, and he never explained nothing about the car. I got one set of keys, no owners manual no nothing. Never told me what type of oil or anything, come to find out it takes premium 93 gas and synthetic oil. I am glad I checked it out, because this could have damaged the vehicle. Also I removed the lid on the airbox when I got home, and the air filter was almost clogged!! So much for maintenance inspection of used cars, not happy with this at all. More

I was happy with the the service that I got from my salesman Brian. However, when I went to pick up my car a week later. The preparation of my car was not very good. My head license plate holder was st salesman Brian. However, when I went to pick up my car a week later. The preparation of my car was not very good. My head license plate holder was still in the trunk along with all my manual and information booklet. I just happen to open my hood and there was not even a drop of windshield wiper in the bottle. My car was dirty and was not wash. The windshield was spotty. There were white stuff on my orange car and no one saw it. The body of the car have stuff over the entire car when you feel the car. The cap on one of my tire was not on. I even mentioned this to my salesman when I first looked at the car.I could keep going on. Serpentini Chevrolet Strongsville was very helpful in the purchasing of two cars for myself and my son at the same time. I got a 2011 Impala LTZ,and my son got a new 2013 Chevy Cruze. They added protective c purchasing of two cars for myself and my son at the same time. I got a 2011 Impala LTZ,and my son got a new 2013 Chevy Cruze. They added protective coatings and interior treatments for both cars for an additional but lower cost to us with this purchase of two vehicles. Chris came to us and was very helpful from the begining. Matt came in and closed a very good deal for us. I came to the dealership to look at the chevy equinox in june of 2012. I wasn't ready to buy yet, but I wanted to check out the equinox to see if I would like driving it. Jamie was introduced to me by some june of 2012. I wasn't ready to buy yet, but I wanted to check out the equinox to see if I would like driving it. Jamie was introduced to me by someone else. He showed me an older equinox which I tested drove in the parking lot. I loved it. I couple months later I came back and test drove a 2011 equinox out in traffic. I wasn't able to buy the vehicle until my lease was up in Dec. Jamie contued to be very friendly and helpful. At the end of October 2012 I came in to order the Equinox I wanted. Jamie greated me and said that he would be able to get me the one I wanted right away and I wouldn't miss out on the discounts that were being offered. after some discussions a deal was made. Then there was a bad storm but Jamie was able to have my new Equinox there for me when I came to pick it up right on time. A couple days later I couldn't remember how to set the speedomoter so I could see how fast I was driving. Jamie was able to get some one to help me on the phone right away and I was able to set the speedomtor so I could see how fast I was driving digitally. I bought a 2013 Equinox LS. I love driving it. Brought my daughter to buy her first new car. Jamaar greeted us with a big smile and said how my i help you. He listened to our request and quickly directed us to a couple great cars of witch my daughte greeted us with a big smile and said how my i help you. He listened to our request and quickly directed us to a couple great cars of witch my daughter picked the Chevy Cruise. The dealership even had the color she wanted. After we took it for a test drive my daughter said she loved it and it was not long at all for Jamaar to present us with a very good deal. We accepted and not long after that we got to meet Kara Lee to finalize the paper work. Kara Lee was very courteous,helpful and quick. My daughter and I had a very great experience. More
