My wife and I bought a vehicle on 12/28/24. I had just totaled out vehicle, have 5 children and needed a safe vehicle for my family of 7. We had what seemed like a great interaction with our salesman David, and through the company. During the test drive, we asked the question about the history of the vehicle, was told we could look at the carfax, and we made it very known that we wanted to know what kind of work was done to the vehicle. The only piece of paper we received was the service parts work order stating the “maintenance” they performed. We received this after we asked about the carfax and the work they had performed and our sales rep mentioned that “the carfax wouldn’t show us what we wanted to know, that he would get the in house service report.” My wife mentioned “as long as it wasn’t in any accidents” to which the sales rep said it wasn’t. This was a lie, and now that I have the carfax the dealership a week letter in my email, the vehicle was in 3 accidents. When I called to ask about rectification, the sales manager made it very clear he didn’t believe what I wad saying by repeatedly asking if I received a carfax before I purchased the vehicle and then telling me everyone around him was saying that I received one. Never on that day, did the sales rep give me a carfax before or after. They emailed it to me on 01/02/25 in an email. Not only did they lie up front, they don’t show any care or interest after the fact. All you are to them is a number, and I suggest after reading other complaints and reviews about this same issue, never deal with them. I sure wont. More

Had a great experience with Mohammed Ali my salesman. I explained exactly the Tahoe Z-71 I wanted since they didn't have that exact one on their lot and they came thru with the perfect vehicle. I was having transmission issues with a 2024 Chevy Silverado trail boss with 3700 miles on it. I took it to serpentine. They looked at it said yes there’s a problem and then parked it in the back of t Silverado trail boss with 3700 miles on it. I took it to serpentine. They looked at it said yes there’s a problem and then parked it in the back of their service department where it’s at for two weeks. I could not get a loaner while my vehicle was down. I could not get returned phone calls when I was looking for a status on my truck after two weeks of not knowing I pulled my vehicle from serpentine and took it to another dealership. I will never take my vehicle there for service or purchase a vehicle there. I have Also had bad experiences when trying to buy a vehicle there. Their sales people seem to judge you by the vehicle that you pull up in. More
