Came Home with My Dream Car I went up Serpentini Chevrolet in Strongsville to look at a 2001 Ford Mustang that they had on the used car lot. Unfortunately, somebody was already l I went up Serpentini Chevrolet in Strongsville to look at a 2001 Ford Mustang that they had on the used car lot. Unfortunately, somebody was already looking at it and highly interested. It was a great deal and I was pretty bummed when I found out they were signing the papers on it. In my luck, Jeff Sancho sat down with me and went over what my options would be if their paperwork fell through and also brought back some options I never could have imagined would be possible with having almost 2 years left on a lease. Jeff Sancho kept things very relaxed and never pressured me like sales people at other dealerships. He got to know me on a personal level before getting to know me as a customer which made things very comfortable. Jeff's sales manager, Garth Grimes, was also very helpful. He kept things simple and to the point. He helped me understand all the options I had in front of me and what were the benefits and downfalls of each one. He understood that I was nervous about purchasing something that was valued at more than double of what I was looking at paying for the Mustang but made it possible for me to pay off my lease and actually afford it. To be honest, I never thought I would see the founder's son of any dealership walking around greeting people and making their experience even better than it is with just the great sales people that he has working for him. That's what surprised me about Ryan Serpentini. He greeted every customer like the last- with a smile. He made me realize that this dealership wasn't just out there to do business; they want you to have the best dealership experience you've ever had. As I stated in my title, I came home with my dream car. I never thought, going in the day before, I would be walking out of their doors, the next day, with the keys to a 2014 Chevrolet Camaro. A picture of a 2012 Camaro was the background of my laptop throughout college and I never thought that a even newer one would be sitting in my driveway with the keys in my hand. Needless to say, it was great doing business with Serpentini Chevrolet and I would drive an hour and half any day to do business again. We just happened to get connected with Vince and we were lucky we did. We were in the market for a new vehicle for my wife. After Vince took such good care of us he first time, we agreed it was a no-brainer to return. Vince takes the time to show you everything you need to look at, You never feel hurried or rushed. He is super knowledgeable of the entire process. I'm sure he wants to sell more cars but, when Vince is with you, you are the most important client on his list. He even brought out a car we never even thought of. My wife loved it. The negotiations we painless....for me at least. Interest rate was better than I could get personally....from the same bank! We had been pretty well set on purchasing a Ford Focus, calling and visiting 10 dealers over three very frustrating weeks! We went in to Serpentini today and left with my son's dream car. Mike Didomenico was very informative and respectful (not the case at Ford). The whole experience, from Mike, to the manager,(who was also Awesome!), to Kara in the financial department as well as Anthony who went over the car features with our son. I am very, very happy with this great Serpentini experience. Here is one commercial that is 100% accurate!! We have 4 more children coming up and a large extended family. Wow, what a great fun vehicle to drive. Every one at the dealership made it fun to be in the building. We had our dog Lady Grace a whippet with us at the time. People came up to pet her and took pictures of her. We decided to lease our new vehicle after all the options were explained. Anthony Lanza did a good job of explaining the technical parts of the car.
