STAY AWAY!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!! Went in to look at a new car... Had a nice 2016 to trade in with only 30,000 miles on it....they offered me 4500 less then kbb!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!! Then tried to say that my gm discounts wouldnt work and that the online price is what they can offer, and continue to write the deal at MSRP price and not the sale price from the net.... Very sneaky kind of place!!!! More

Manager try to squeeze every penny out of you, dishonest I stopped in to purchase a vehicle that I liked, Corey the salesman was very good and helpful. the next day I made an offer on the vehicle for $26,000 I stopped in to purchase a vehicle that I liked, Corey the salesman was very good and helpful. the next day I made an offer on the vehicle for $26,000.00 out of the door $750 less then the internet advertised price, the Manager immediately turned it down citing no room for negotiation on already low priced deal over the net. In less than 12 hours of refusing my offer, I got a notification from CarGuru.com that the price on this vehicle was dropped to $24,000.00 from $24,907.00. I double checked the dealer website and it was true. If you add Portage County sales tax and the dealers $283.50 fee and plates, the vehicle will be less than $26,000.00 out of the door. This is the great experience I got from the dealer that claim "We Cheat Americans and Proud of it". Manager is either incompetent and can not add or he was trying to squeeze every penny out of his customer knowing in advance that he was going to drop the price over the net in the next 12 hours. Why would anyone want to deal with this dishonest manager. Next Day after dealership was aware of this review, one of the reps called and try to explain that the manager on duty yesterday did not know that the price was coming down, the site does that on its own after being listed for so many days, offered me a $200/$300 compensation off the price trying to make it right, I did appreciate the call back but lost trust in this dealership that it will do right by me. I promised to change my rating for reaching out and that I will from poor to average. My intention was to bring light to this matter not to harm the salesman who did his job. However I did walk into Falls Motor City and within few hours got over $9,000 off the sticker price on a loaded new Cargo van. Done. More
