This review is for the Medina location. I called on a used 2016 Acadia I found listed on the interweb. She was anxious to sell, but not anxious to come off the price OVER BLUEBOOK. I was very clear that I am driving from over three hours away. I’m particular and don’t want any surprises when I show up. I was assured there is only 2 dents that are barely noticeable. I showed up and wanted to puke. The entire car was repainted. Dirt and runs everywhere in the paint. EVERYWHERE. Damaged trim from shoddy removal and re-install. Paint over bird crap. Air pockets in the bondo. I told Marissa and manager there is no way I would pay 5k under bluebook. Stevie Wonder could see it. Helen Keller could feel it. Marissa claimed she inspected it on a sunny day and it must not be as easy to see on those nice days. At least they said they were sorry. Thanks for the 7 hour tour, toll fees, my diesel expense and that cup of coffee. I still can’t believe they pulled this stunt. Enjoy your karma. More

Front brake job on Cruze went 40K miles and brake pad material fell off backing plates. Moe Zeda said 40K is average for brake job. Odd because I got 120K on original brakes. They gave some new pads genuine AC Delco made in China for my trouble. Same car the service department removed the oil drain plug with channel locks instead of the proper socket after they messed up the drain plug. Bought a new Colorado 2015 from them and a day later GM offered $1000 extra off on the same truck. Called to see if I could get that and no luck. Sad because I have had three GM trucks and three GM cars one would expect a bit more customer service. Hope you have better luck. AJ More

Sam told me it wasn’t available and was promptly sold into a LT that was $4000 more than the LS. Of course, next morning I called and demanded a new deal because I had located the exact car I wanted online that the dealership told me wasn’t available. Spoke with Ryan Serpentini about feeling deceived and he promptly found the car I wanted. We switched out the LT for the LS. They continued to try to charge me for things agreed upon in initial Malibu LT sale with the trade in and lease trade in I had. Shady. Now, they won’t honor a customer appreciation discount on my trade in, a coupon I received a day after the sale. Don’t send out a coupon if you don’t actually want your customer to use it. In my many attempts to reach a manager, one of the managers (Garth) actually made it my fault that the first deal fell through. Does he forget that I was lied to about not having the car I wanted to begin with and that’s why the deal fell through?! Ryan only got the car I wanted because he didn’t want to lose two trade in deals if I cancelled sale. That’s just bad sales. Greed over giving a customer what they actually wanted!! Extremely deceitful and shady practices is what Serpentini Chevy Westlake is all about. There are other Chevy dealers...don’t ever go there!! More
Ryan Serpentini kept my $500 deposit when they didn’t deliver the vehicle on the day that I asked for it to be delivered he is a thief along with sales woman Gale. These are not true Americans they are thieves they just make their pockets bigger they took advantage of the people that are out of work and are poor and now I’m riding the bus. They never told me that my deposit was nonrefundable saleswoman Gail lied to me and then knowing that the $500 would not be given back, she scheduled an appointment for me to come in leaving me with a sense of hope but instead just tried to reel me into buying the car anyways. Snake in the grass and Ryan Serpentini is right there in on it too. American and proud of it. Stealing hard-working Americans money is their goal at any cost they don’t care about you they just want your money. True 🇺🇸 Update: they decided to write me a check for my deposit after saleswoman said it was strict policy of no deposit refund. She is still a liar. More

Over priced with room to negotiate (own opinion and web research) - vehicle was on lot for the last 4 months and their published internet price was their “best” price with no wiggle nor negotiating, from salesman nor sales manager. We suggest dealing on back half nor warranty, Joe S. said, “don’t know as that is a separate department”. We asked for $1,800 off internet price, which would come into line with price of vehicle at Ron Marhofer which is 43 miles away and apples to apples comparison was not on that price sheet that salesman tried to use to not move on their price since they were in the top three. Bogus Business Tactic They (Mike N. And Joe S.) did not like that we called them on their bogus false lie practice to “trick” a customer. I was not born yesterday nor I will never pay asking price, I am not an idiot that Mike and Joe thoughts were. When I called them out, Joe was disrespectful and didn’t even make a counter offer. Joe said, “I don’t care, that’s our final price, and someone will pay that price.” I said, “it won’t be us nor has any been interested in that price as the car has sat for 4 months.” I even suggest that they (company) been paying for that car sitting g on their lot. Joe’s response was, “we will gladly pay the taxes for that car, as we won’t take a loss.” Another false tactic or deceptive pressure tactics. We were shocked as I never would have thought this family father son owned business would conduct these type of shady business practices. I emailed the GM Jeanine Hein early this morning (1/8/2020), as of this rating have not heard from her. Again which is surprising, as I guess they don’t want our business and they must have too many customers (sarcasm). I guess if that was true the 2016 GMC Acadia which has been there since September would have moved quicker. My business experience tells me if the price is right it will sell quickly, if the price is wrong Or overpriced then it will sit. So if the sales manager wanted to sell a car at 8:30pm yesterday the price would have been more in line to truly what other “real” dealers are selling the similar car for then we would have bought it from Serpentini instead of a competitor this evening. Lost sale! Lost commission! Tell everyone so they don’t waste their time with with shady, rude, disrespectful, arrogant dealership especially their employees Mike Noel or Joe Scarl. The night before I knew it was totaled, I was looking into cars and was advised to go to Serpentini Chevrolet of Strongsville. They did an amazing job of taking REALLY good care of me. Vera Scarl knew exactly what I was looking for the day before and when I walked in, she already my dream SUV picked out for me including the color, the options, and I price that I wanted. Her and Joe went beyond expectations and made sure that everything was a smooth process for me! On top of that, most places make you fend (or does a simple run through) for yourself when it comes to figuring out how to work the car, so most of the time you miss out on the top potential that your car can do. Not Serpentini Chevrolet of Strongsville! Every bell and whistle that my car has, they helped me learn and walked me through the entire process with OnStar. GREAT JOB to EVERYONE that was involved! Tell your boss's to give you a bigger bonus! :) More
