I hadn't purchased a car since 2008 so I started at the Car Show and was very interested in the 2024 Trax. I went online to check them out and I heard back from Serpentini in Strongsville almost immediatel Car Show and was very interested in the 2024 Trax. I was set up for a test drive that evening and I must say I had the best smartest, most patient Auto Consultant ( Diana Popovych ) help me with my purchase! In my opinion she went far past what I ever expected and made the complete process tremendously thorough, stress-free and very enjoyable! I am so grateful she was there because I really doubt I would have purchased without her assistance. I am not that tech oriented and to move things along quicker she offered to do a ton of my online stuff for me. From there she breezed me along to Tyler Martin who made the "Financing" FUN and then Julia, the Customer Service Rep, popped into my Trax to set it all up and to explain all the great features My Trax has. It is a warm sunny day today and I am now headed for my 1st of many FREE Laser Car Washes. Thank you again Diana and Serpentini Team ! This dealership will not stop contacting you even after telling them that you are no longer interested. I have informed them multiple times that I am no longer interested, yet they continue to call and telling them that you are no longer interested. This is bordering on harassment given that I have expressed that I am not interested and do not want to receive communications from them. I would question the integrity of any dealership who cannot respect a simple request like this and continue to pester you. More
