I just purchased a 2021 80th edition Jeep Compass. I could not be happier. Sergio was exceptional and courteous with the sale. We called ahead and told him we lived an hour away and were concerned I could not be happier. Sergio was exceptional and courteous with the sale. He assured me he would place it where it was away from the public and put a hold on it until we got there. He made my daughter and myself feel at home. Not only did he have the Compass detailed, he filled it with a full tank of gas. To say Sergio went the extra mile for us would be an understatement. Additionally, Josh in finance made the paperwork transition very pleasant. In sum, I would recommend Serpentina Chevy to anyone because of employees like Sergio and Josh. Dwayne Hallman More
Update 3: my suspicions were correct and they appear to have hid the needed emissions repair. (Posted work order) also used the wrong oil filter. They also offered to strip me of a vehicle by buying it back and asking me to delete my reviews. I need a car unfortunately. Just had surgery as well so the extra stress and financial burden will feel great! But thats life. On par with roadside car lots. You pay extra for nothing here Update 2:Dealer choosing not to resolve issue. They think i am 50% responsible for 100% of their issue. They touched the car last and did an oil change. There is an oversized plug. They either put it in or left it in. Of course they claim their MASTER tech worked on it and would NEVER do such a thing. More games UPDATE: had 1st oil change on my 2016 and pan has an oversized plig in it. Average experience at a dealership. Salesman worthless after the sale was made. Can't be bothered to send basic information you need. Sales manager was great, faces hard situations well. I have an excellent credit score and had to fight for a decent rate. Finance was VERY pushy. If youre new to buying its good to know warranties are borderline a waste of money as well as dealer gap coverage. Very expensive stuff for virtually no return. Most importantly the car seems okay. Good price for current market only because everyone else is overpriced as well. To be fair though i dont know what money they have into it. Popped a check engine light soon after buying for an evap code. No big deal to me because I don't have emissions and it doesn't really effect the car. But what if I did have emissions? Would they help? I can't be accusatory but I'm very skeptical that I was the first person to see this code. Other than that quality seems good 500 miles later. It's car buying. It's stressful. It's a game. People are trying to make money and that's okay. It's your responsibility to get a good deal for yourself, not theirs. More

In February 2023, myself and my wife went to the dealership where my wife leased a brand new suburban premier. While we were at the dealership with our salesman, Jeff. Wagner, I inquired about us g dealership where my wife leased a brand new suburban premier. While we were at the dealership with our salesman, Jeff. Wagner, I inquired about us getting a deal since she was getting a car valued at over $70,000. At that time I looked at a 2015 Chevy Silverado Z 71 which would actually be my third vehicle that I have bought from Serpentini.. we ended up leaving the dealership that evening with both vehicles it got late and I was told by Jeff if there was any issues that he would make sure it got taken care of at no charge to me even though it wasn’t as his vehicle it was supposed to have had The serpentine inspection. Everything seem to have worked OK I purchased a vehicle with just over 93,000 miles after about a month the air-conditioning on the vehicle stopped working and the passenger side motor in the window was running slow and not working properly. I reached out to Jeff my salesman, which is what he told me to do to make sure I was taken care of no less than five times and he never contact me back. Myself and my wife went to the dealership and asked for Jeff. We were told he was on vacation so I asked to talk to the used car manager, which he was in the back of the dealership and sent a message out to me that he was unable to speak to me, but if I had the warranty coverage, just go ahead and make a service which is not which we discussed. I spoke to the service manager and was told I would have to speak to Jeff if that’s what we discussed but to make an appointment in the meantime and they would make sure Jeff got back to me. Needless to say Jeff Wagner never contacted me nor my wife back after several more calls and messages left myself and my wife attempted to make contact with him again in person when we took our brand new suburban in for his first oil change with no luck again getting a hold of them I left my phone number and a message with the sales manager again for Jeff Wagner to get in contact which he never did. I also took my truck Only twice to a car wash. Once the weather broke, and both of my rear fenders after being washed flaked off and there was rust exposed on both fenders. I recently took my truck to another dealership after giving up on trying to get my truck serviced in an attempt to trade it in and due to the condition of the truck and the stuff that it was wrong with it from when I purchased it, I was advised my truck is only worth $15,000 at this point. Needless to say, I am over $10,000 upside down in my loan on a truck that I have not even put 7000 miles on myself in 13 months. We are extremely unsatisfied with any follow up their used car department has done with not returning calls, and twice the sales manager from used cars would not come out of the rear of the dealership to even talk to me, I would never recommend purchasing any used car from Strongsville Serpentini. Once you sign your paperwork we have been made to believe that they do not care about the customer. . More
