I was having transmission issues with a 2024 Chevy Silverado trail boss with 3700 miles on it. I took it to serpentine. They looked at it said yes there’s a problem and then parked it in the back of their service department where it’s at for two weeks. I could not get a loaner while my vehicle was down. I could not get returned phone calls when I was looking for a status on my truck after two weeks of not knowing I pulled my vehicle from serpentine and took it to another dealership. I will never take my vehicle there for service or purchase a vehicle there. I have Also had bad experiences when trying to buy a vehicle there. Their sales people seem to judge you by the vehicle that you pull up in. More

Untrustworthy Service Center - Do Not Recommend I will no longer be taking my vehicle to Serpentini of Strongsville Service. Strongly recommend you don’t either. Took it in for a regular oil change, t no longer be taking my vehicle to Serpentini of Strongsville Service. Strongly recommend you don’t either. Took it in for a regular oil change, tire rotation, and multipoint inspection. 1.After their “inspection” they told me verbally and printed on their service summary that my front breaks were worn to 3-4mm and advised replacing soon. Not even a week later my front breaks were down to metal on metal and we had to replace a rotor. 2.In the process of replacing the rotor and breaks it was obvious the tires were never removed and rotated. Looked back at the service summary and “tire rotation” is not checked as having been done. 3.The next day after having it “serviced” at Serpentini Strongsville my check engine light came on with a code for a leak in the EVAP system. They quoted me $189 just to look at it. I will never know what was or wasn’t done that day but I do know my vehicle was in much worse condition after they had it and I do not believe what they said was done, was actually done. I won’t be going there again and I won’t be recommending them to anyone. More
