I reached out to this dealership after finding my dream truck. I had been searching for a specific rebel for almost a year. Low and behold I found it around 90 miles from my home in Ponte Vedra. I reach truck. I had been searching for a specific rebel for almost a year. Low and behold I found it around 90 miles from my home in Ponte Vedra. I reached out and got a call back from a salesperson named Jeremy. We exchanged some messages and the vin of my trade-in. He informed me that the tailgate on the truck was not shipped with it and they were just waiting on the hardware and he would start on the trade for my truck and let me know when the tailgate came in. I waited a couple of days and reached out and never got a response. Shocker the truck I wanted is gone and I was never even given the chance to put money down or purchase it. I want to thank this dealership for once again proving why people hate starting the car buying process. Is what it is I suppose, but I would much rather be writing a review about how good my buying experience was. More

Drove 2 hours t RECOMMEND THAT YOU DON’T BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP I bought a 2015 Chevy Corvette with 25,149 miles for $46987.00 on 19 Sept 21. Drove 2 hours to come see the vehicle and was impressed that the salesperson put the vehicle on hold. Quiara and John are great sales representatives for your dealership, they did everything to help me out. It was the next level up which I think are part of management. Below is the issues: 1. When I was doing the walk through of the vehicle, I notice that the tires in the front were bald about 3 inches into the tire and the rest of tire had very little tread on it and by all vehicle safety polices the tires weren’t safe and should have been replaced. Then I looked at the rear tires and there is very little tread on both rear tires. Those rear tires should have been replaced too. That is when I asked the sale person if the dealership could replace those tires or take it off the cost of the vehicle. When the salesperson came back from the management, they said they wouldn’t replace the tires. In between the walk through and finance the salesperson told me that manager said if I want any money off the vehicle, I need to look up the prices of the tire and that is when it felt like it was a game. During the finance portion when we couldn’t get the price agreed on is when the salesperson when back to the management with the price of the tires that I got off the internet, The salesperson came back and said the management agree on taking $500 off for the front tires but not the rear. It felt like I was doing their job looking up the price of replacement tires and that is when I should have walked away. 2. The next day after purchasing the car during daily light walking around the car is when I noticed a crack in the upper windshield, in the tint that and the crack goes all the away across the windshield. (SEE BELOW COMMENT) 3. (MAJOR ISSUE) Leaving the dealership and stopping to FILL UP the vehicle with gas then heading back on the road is when I noticed that only 1x speaker out of 9 worked. At first, I thought that 8 of the 9 speakers were blown and to replace those speakers would have costed me $1200.00. On the 22 Sept all the speakers until the vehicle is turned off then starting it back up on 1x speaker works. You never know when all the speakers are going to work which makes me believe that there is a short in the wiring or a connection is lose. (SEE BELOW COMMENT) On the 21 Sept, leaving work early and drove 2 hours back up to the dealership to bring up the cracked windshield and speakers. Spoke to the salesperson and he went to the management and came back to me and said the dealership wasn’t going fix the speakers and to use my insurance to fix the windshield. The reason for not fixing the speakers was it was a used car. At that time, I said that I was going to bring the car back under the 7-day law. The salesperson said that he was going to tell the management of my intent of bring the car back and he told me to head back home, and he would call me in about 10 minutes on what the management says. Well the sale person called in less than 5 minutes and I was still at the dealership and decided to walk back in and asked to talk to the management. Salesperson went over to get the management. Management came over and told me I couldn’t bring to car back due to Cooling Off Period, which is correct after coming home and doing the research. The management also told me that they weren’t going to fix the speakers. I am a 30 Army Veteran and ask for the $500.00 off the price of the car and dealership came back and said the $500.00 only comes off new cars. Believe that Chrysler need to relook at their policies and provide those low amounts to the veterans. Mr. Brain Williams, General Manager for the dealership, know that you will response to my post and for me to contact you by e-mail to learn more about the issues. Still waiting on your response from the e-mail that I sent you (Mr. Brain Williams) last week. This shows the Customer Service of your dealership, NOT. Still RECOMMEND THAT YOU DON’T BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. More

INCOMPETENT and very DISHONEST dealership/repair shop STAY AWAY!! Brought my Durango for shifting issues, this bogus dealership claimed to have fix a noise under the hood of the vehicle although there were absolutely no noise whatsoever under the hood. They charged me over $2000 "to fix the noise" but the shifting issue still persists. Got my vehicle back with exact same issue as before I set foot in that bogus place. No money back for "repairing" where repair wasn't needed and they wanted to go forward with replacing other parts that is causing the shifting issue I brought the car to them in the first place. These scammers took over $2000 from me for absolutely nothin. More
