I have bought several cars from this location however it was fields at the time I have always bought my cars there but my children cars from there I was a little upset that I came in for a oil change and th was fields at the time I have always bought my cars there but my children cars from there I was a little upset that I came in for a oil change and they said I needed brakes and a tune-up because I just had those things done had a different mechanical shop so I feel that they really need to check those things before recommending them just based on mileage other than that the person I dealt with was great and everyone there was very friendly and I would continue to go there I should just misleading to have things like that be told to me when I know they've already been done and they don't need to be done again it really messes with my trust More

If I could give a negative score I would. I made an appointment to get an oil change with their Happy Hour Oil Change Coupon/Discount from their website. Appointment was at 12:15PM, I showed I made an appointment to get an oil change with their Happy Hour Oil Change Coupon/Discount from their website. Appointment was at 12:15PM, I showed up at 12:05PM, not 10 seconds after I step out of my vehicle, a guy starts trying to sell me stuff and trying to get my insurance info to replace my windshield. I told him I would handle it, and then he pretty much demanded me to give him my insurance information to start the process, I told him again I would handle it, then he walked away. Does not need to be replaced btw. Then the advisor Andrea Miranda came out and did my vehicle intake. I waited until 12:51PM and went to the counter and asked Andrea if my vehicle was done as I had to get back to work, and she gave me a snotty look, and said what time do you have to be back. I told her 1PM, and I made the appointment for 12:15PM. She said well we don't get to vehicles until and hour or so. I said well I wouldn't have made the appointment if I wanted to wait around for 2 hours. I asked for my keys and she gave them to me and said my vehicle was out in the parking lot. No I'm sorry, no nothing.... THEY DIDN'T EVEN START TO DO ANYTHING ON IT!!!!!!!!! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. JUST LOST ANY FUTURE BUSINESS, SERVICE OR PURCHSE OF NEW TRUCK... More
