They have my information and could easily reach out to me if they really took feedback “seriously”. I’m certain he is the one who ordered the techs to cut my cable. The mechanic I went to after this disaster did everything this dealer quoted me for. The price difference? $430 vs $1400. Save money and support a local business that will actually care. Pictures of the pricing included. **Original post** Don’t let the brand name fool you, this service center is no different than a sketchy auto shop. Pay attention to the difference between the sales reviews and the service center reviews. I recommend staying away from this dealers service center, but if you do decide to service your car here make sure to read what you are asked to sign very carefully and do NOT trust what the advisor tells you. Solid lesson in general but I am disappointed that I can no longer trust a brand my family has been so loyal to for so many years. Although this was my first experience with this location, I used to only service my car at the dealer, despite higher prices, to avoid deceit tactics. The advisors here are nice until you discover these tactics and then they become hostile and threatening. Ask for a manager and suddenly they are all managers. Another lesson; pay with credit card and dispute wrongful charges, but don’t tell them you will do that. Once I said that they can take up the dispute with my cc company they REFUSED PAYMENT and told me I would not get my car back unless I paid in cash. If that’s not an admission of guilt idk what is. I even had to dial the police which is when they backed off. At the end of it all these guys decided that doubling their labor and undoing the work they did to my car over a $170 dispute was worth more to them than taking responsibility for their misleading communication and turning a negative experience into a happy customer. We enjoyed an honest, pressure free experience at Seminole County. We visited with no intention of leasing a car that day. Much to our surprise we actually left with a new 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. He learned about interest rates, terms, warranty and all sorts of things he needed to learn when purchasing a car. Thank you Noah (finance) for your patience and knowledge while walking our son through the finance process. Like so many times before, this was a great experience, it’s so easy when you trust the dealership and it’s team. We can’t possibly say enough good things about this dealership. They are honest, caring and very professional. There is no pressure and they truly put their customers first. We highly recommend this dealership, Brian and Brent, thank you gentlemen! More

I purchased a used vehicle on 4/4/22. A 2014 Ford Flex. During the test drive, the sales guy, Justin Bittenbender, provided the Carfax report and explained that the vehicle had the engine A 2014 Ford Flex. During the test drive, the sales guy, Justin Bittenbender, provided the Carfax report and explained that the vehicle had the engine light on but that their service department solved the problem and that “I didn't have to worry about it.” Engine light was off at the time of the test drive. After driving 15 miles to bring the car home, the light came on. I took the vehicle to Ford and after completing the inspection; the vehicle needs a new catalityc converter. $1500 is the cost of the repair and the part is on national back order. So now we are not able to drive the vehicle as needed because this could affect the engine performance or even damage it. I called Justin to let him know and of course, very kindly, he said, “please send me the Ford invoice and I will send it to my used vehicle sales director to see if there is anything we can do. “ Needless to say, the two of them, Ventura Lozano (used vehicle sales director) and Justin Bittenbender, have disappeared. They don't answer my calls or text messages. I have purchased 3 other vehicles with Jeep dealerships before and I can say that Seminole Jeep has been the worst. I understand that I purchased a vehicle “as is” but it is the dealers responsibility to tell us how the vehicle actually IS. “As-is” without ALL the information is a sale based on a lie. I went to see at least 10 vehicles at smaller independent shops but decided to go with a bigger dealership because I thought they were tied to certain guidelines and standards but I was wrong. The dealer should tell you everything about an “as-is” vehicle so the consumer can make a proper an informed decision. Lying to customers only to make the sale is not the right way to do business. Justin lied to me. If you go to this place, be careful with him. He is working for his commission and not for his customers. More

Brayant was amazing. he was very patient and understanding of my situation. what I really appreciate about him it wasn't the typical annoying feeling someone trying to pu he was very patient and understanding of my situation. what I really appreciate about him it wasn't the typical annoying feeling someone trying to push the sale on you if you dont do it right away you are made to feel you're wasting their time. he was very honest very upfront very helpful which I really appreciate it. I actually enjoyed my time at dealership my wife and daughter came as well and they even enjoyed their time. he even made it a point to feed and entertain my 6 year old daughter. Ricky Wan the finance manager was also awesome. he is a very down to earth and funny guy as is Brayant. Ricky also gave me very wise advise to help me improve my credit. both of them was very personable it wasn't only about selling the car to me but we all got to know each other on a personal level. I will only purchase from here for now on More
