We called ahead of time to let them know we were coming and the cars we wanted to see. When we got there, they had the keys in hand and ready. Test drove the van we wanted and gave them our out the door price. Without hesitation they took care of business i was in and out of that dealer in less than two hours and that's because we ate some of their food and ice cream! Overall great experience. More

Worst management! The staff is clueless. I've been in 6+ times in the 7 months that I've had the car. It's a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. It's sad when you have to get corporate involved. I bought this vehicle as a surprise X-mas present for my husband and all I requested was a big red bow for X-mas morning. The manager told me NO WAY! Seriously?? Every car on your showroom floor has a big red bow on it thus making it seem like the perfect X-mas gift and I just spent $33K with your dealership. I was baffled. Then, when I got to the car they only had 10 gallons of fuel in the tank for me and told me that was all that was allowed. I have never been to a more chintzy place. Fields Chrysler in Sanford, Fl is cheap and lacks what it takes to keep customers happy. Like i said, my experience is ALL LOOKS, NO CLASS! I would surely not recommend doing business with them if you enjoy being treated like you matter!! More
