My order for the new 2015 Hellcat Challenger has been placed with Fields since October and I hope to see my very own Hellcat in March/April of '15. Also, even though this dealership is further away from me than other Dodge dealerships, I plan to have my Hellcat serviced at Fields in appreciation of their honest pricing and excellent customer service (Smitty). Definitely a valuable asset to their buisness. Larry took real good care of me and got me a great price on a 2014 Jeep Wrangler. I went in just wanting a wrangler, didn't care if it was a 2 door or 4 door and he was outstanding in assisting me find the right jeep. Ryan Eiland, the floor manager was also very helpful and very courteous while I was at the dealership. Ryan made sure that the vehicle I was buying was in fact the one I wanted. I dont think I will ever shop for a vehicle anywhere else. Even the paperwork in the finance office was smooth. 15 maybe 20 minutes and done. Oh and I forgot to mention the perks of buying here. Free car washes for LIFE at any fields dealership. Free BBQ every saturday and they have a cafe with you guessed it, more free things to eat and enjoy while waiting on your vehicle. Overall I didnt think it was possible to recieve great customer service at a car dealership until I came to Field's. More
Great purchase and service experience Earlier this month I was reading the Orlando Weekly and saw that the Fields Auto Group was the top rated dealership in the Orlando Area. Just so happe Earlier this month I was reading the Orlando Weekly and saw that the Fields Auto Group was the top rated dealership in the Orlando Area. Just so happens at the time I was looking to purchase a used vehicle and this dealership had exactly the vehicle I was looking for. I went that afternoon to test drive the car. My salesman Kevin was very knowledgeable and helped to engineer a good deal on the car. They were very fair on the trade in and I had a great buying experience. There was one issue with the tires on the used car that I mentioned at time of purchase. On the way home I noticed there was an issue at highway speeds which I decided most likely was due to tire wear on the vehicle. A quick trip to my local mechanic confirmed the issue. I went home and immediately called the service department to explain my concerns. I spoke to Kerry Kearney on the phone. He set an appointment for me and seemed to grasp the issues I was speaking of. When I showed up for my appointment there was no wait time as an appointment should be but not always the case at car dealerships. Kerry was very helpful and immediately saw what the problem was. After speaking with his manager for a couple of minutes he came out to let me know they were going to take care of the issue at no cost to me due to the fact I had recently purchased the car. Keep in mind this is a used car with no warranty. Overall my experience with Fields in Sanford was very positive and I can see why they rank very high. More

Rich has by far been the best service advisor that I have ever had. Service advisors always try to push useless things you don't need to put more money in their pockets. Then they look at you and treat you like your stupid when you do turn these services or parts down. Rich on the other hand, listens to your problems finds a great solution and respects you if you turn down a service. I have used one other person at Fields since I started going there, and I will never use anyone but Rich. Thanks Rich for all your patience, and great attitude! More

Brilliant Staff and Service I purchsed my vehicle used from this Fields location and have been returning for maintenance and service ever since. Rich is great work work with and I purchsed my vehicle used from this Fields location and have been returning for maintenance and service ever since. Rich is great work work with and never tries to sell or push services I do not need. He is honest about what needs to be done right now and what can wait. I never thought i would buy tires from a car dealer but Rich asked to earn my business for the tires. After comparing prices Rich came in lower than the other tire stores so he did get my business. The few times Rich has not been there when I came in for service his colleagues, Kerry and Sean, have filled in for him and also provided great customer service. I have not taken my car anywhere else for parts, maintenance or service and expect he will be taking care of me until as long as I am on the roads. More
