Great first time buying a new car experience The buying process was very good, but I'm still reserved with a total rating until I deal with their service department on a big issue under warranty. In any case, I came to the dealership looking for a Chrysler 200 I saw on their website. It was (what I though) the perfect car, and I had been searching for cars for a few weeks. I went there not really expecting to buy it, I just wanted to test drive it and see if it felt right. It was the worst driving experience of my life. I ended up hating the car, and I was incredibly disappointed. The car had only a few thousand miles on it and was marked down by around 9k. I wanted to love it, it had all the bells and whistles. I was almost about to leave the dealership, bitter. I was too big for that car, blind spots everywhere, it handled badly on the road. I was terrified to drive it anymore. Wes (the dealer I was with) asked if I had any other interests. I had originally wanted to get a Jeep Compass, because I was coming from an SUV. So we went and looked at the Jeep Compasses. I knew the moment I sat in it that I would hate it. It seems like no mid-size SUV would feel as comfortable as my trusty old Saturn VUE. I tried the Jeep Cherokee with similar disdain. He asked if I had thought about trying to Dodge Dart, and I didn't even want to consider it for a moment. I was going to go from a small car, to what I thought was an even smaller car. Plus I wasn't too thrilled with the reviews I had read on the Dart. I tried the SE first, which I think was a mistake. I wasn't too impressed with the way the thing drove. Then I tried the Aero 1.4 turbo and really enjoyed it. Just sitting in the seat, I felt so comfortable. The car was spacious, no blind spots, it handles beautifully, and it had all the bells and whistles I wanted. I thought about it for a bit, and wanted to take the car out for a longer drive before I made any decisions. Wes was really nice and patient with me. I gave it another drive down the 417 and loved it even more. I wanted to come back and think on it a bit more, even though I kind of knew I wanted this car. I was able to talk them down to a reasonable price, I think I got a decent deal with it, probably shouldn't have gotten GAP through them, and trimmed down the warranty some, but other than that I was pleased with my purchase and experience. I put the money down, traded in my VUE and I was ready to go. The paperwork took a couple hours because I had to wait behind some people, so I didn't end up leaving the dealership until midnight (I was there for about 7 hours). I've had the car since Jan 22, I have since put almost 900 miles on it from 34. I've been to the dealership a few times, to get my car washed and to bring it in for a minor recall firmware upgrade. (the car washes are fantastic. My car is black, so it's nice to get it washed once a week for free!) Haven't had any issues with it so far, and everyone has been pretty accommodating. Definitely a great dealership to buy your first car from! I'm hoping my future dealings with them will be just as pleasant, so hopefully the honeymoon lasts... even when I bring it in for my first major repair or service. My boss bought his car from the same dealership and recommended it to me, he hasn't had any issues with their service department, so here's hoping everything goes great. More

My order for the new 2015 Hellcat Challenger has been placed with Fields since October and I hope to see my very own Hellcat in March/April of '15. Also, even though this dealership is further away from me than other Dodge dealerships, I plan to have my Hellcat serviced at Fields in appreciation of their honest pricing and excellent customer service (Smitty). Definitely a valuable asset to their buisness. Larry took real good care of me and got me a great price on a 2014 Jeep Wrangler. I went in just wanting a wrangler, didn't care if it was a 2 door or 4 door and he was outstanding in assisting me find the right jeep. Ryan Eiland, the floor manager was also very helpful and very courteous while I was at the dealership. Ryan made sure that the vehicle I was buying was in fact the one I wanted. I dont think I will ever shop for a vehicle anywhere else. Even the paperwork in the finance office was smooth. 15 maybe 20 minutes and done. Oh and I forgot to mention the perks of buying here. Free car washes for LIFE at any fields dealership. Free BBQ every saturday and they have a cafe with you guessed it, more free things to eat and enjoy while waiting on your vehicle. Overall I didnt think it was possible to recieve great customer service at a car dealership until I came to Field's. More
Great purchase and service experience Earlier this month I was reading the Orlando Weekly and saw that the Fields Auto Group was the top rated dealership in the Orlando Area. Just so happe Earlier this month I was reading the Orlando Weekly and saw that the Fields Auto Group was the top rated dealership in the Orlando Area. Just so happens at the time I was looking to purchase a used vehicle and this dealership had exactly the vehicle I was looking for. I went that afternoon to test drive the car. My salesman Kevin was very knowledgeable and helped to engineer a good deal on the car. They were very fair on the trade in and I had a great buying experience. There was one issue with the tires on the used car that I mentioned at time of purchase. On the way home I noticed there was an issue at highway speeds which I decided most likely was due to tire wear on the vehicle. A quick trip to my local mechanic confirmed the issue. I went home and immediately called the service department to explain my concerns. I spoke to Kerry Kearney on the phone. He set an appointment for me and seemed to grasp the issues I was speaking of. When I showed up for my appointment there was no wait time as an appointment should be but not always the case at car dealerships. Kerry was very helpful and immediately saw what the problem was. After speaking with his manager for a couple of minutes he came out to let me know they were going to take care of the issue at no cost to me due to the fact I had recently purchased the car. Keep in mind this is a used car with no warranty. Overall my experience with Fields in Sanford was very positive and I can see why they rank very high. More

Rich has by far been the best service advisor that I have ever had. Service advisors always try to push useless things you don't need to put more money in their pockets. Then they look at you and treat you like your stupid when you do turn these services or parts down. Rich on the other hand, listens to your problems finds a great solution and respects you if you turn down a service. I have used one other person at Fields since I started going there, and I will never use anyone but Rich. Thanks Rich for all your patience, and great attitude! More
