Rename your "service" dept Bought my brand new van there in April of 2014. They messed up the title paperwork twice. They did finally correct it. I noticed the air conditioning wasn't getting very cool. As in 30 minutes in it on high and I am still sweating in my 1 year old van. Took it in as it was under warranty. Told them what was going on and that it was more then likely the expansion valve. They said it was a half pound over charged and gave it back. Still hot. Took it back, they said it was in spec after checking it in the garage of an air conditioned shopped. We asked for the dodge procedures and standards for the ac. We followed the procedures our selves and it failed ever test. Took it back for the 3rd time and gave them the results. Surprise surprise the expansion valve was bad. The gm was rude, we emailed him in a none confrontational manner and he was condensing. I will not purchase another vehicle from this dealership. Ever. More
Great Buying Experience on My Patriot! Went to Field's a week ago planning to buy a used Patriot. "Capn" Dave and Riley Eiland took time to find out what I really wanted and needed and came up with an even better idea: a new car for essentially the same price!!! No pressure or slick tactics...just rebates, incentives and simple math! I felt comfortable that they were interested in me and not just maximizing profits. When I took delivery they made sure I was out in 30 minutes since I told them this was very important to me; no upselling, time wasting stuff. I left feeling like I had really stumbled into something great and never looked by. Not a hint of buyers remorse. Top notch dealership...Hope I need something they sell in the future! D, Clark More
Certified nightmare We bought a 'certified' vehicle that had bad tires, squeaky brakes, bad alignment among other issues. It even needed new windshield wipers. I brou We bought a 'certified' vehicle that had bad tires, squeaky brakes, bad alignment among other issues. It even needed new windshield wipers. I brought the Chrysler Minivan back and they told me I was braking incorrectly. The Saint Augustine dealership, who also was braking incorrectly, found that the rotors were rusted on this certified car that had less than 16,000 miles. I spoke with the GM several times and was told that we were driving incorrectly and the service manager, John made several appointments with me but wasn't there when I drive over. I live in Saint Augustine...thankfully we traded the vehicle and will never have to deal with Fields again. More

OLF and a Recall I went to Fields for my usual oil change and was informed I had a recall on the heated mirrors on my 2011 Jeep Wrangler. Chris the Service Manager sai I went to Fields for my usual oil change and was informed I had a recall on the heated mirrors on my 2011 Jeep Wrangler. Chris the Service Manager said he would work me in and take care of the recall. This saved me a trip and was very much appreciated. In this day and age it is a pleasure to do business with a company that values the customers time when the norm seems to be the opposite. Great job Field's! More
