I worked directly with Kerry Kearney in service. I was more than pleased with Kerry in service. Separately from the insurance payment, I paid for an oil change. My only concern, unfortunately from being taken advantage of by other car mechanics in the past, is about the oil change being done. There was no sticker placed in car with mileage at time of change. On Vehicle Check up paperwork, only thing listed was tire tread depth, nothing else checked off or filed out on that page from Mpi. Small thing about oil change sticker, but in the past, I've paid elsewhere and the work was actually never done, though I was told it was, and it caused further problems for me with that car. More
