Wish I could give zero stars! ! Service was absolutely AWFUL!! I worked with Tyler on my Chrysler Pacific Hybrid and had a LOT of work done. I had to file a claim through my insu ! Service was absolutely AWFUL!! I worked with Tyler on my Chrysler Pacific Hybrid and had a LOT of work done. I had to file a claim through my insurance because there was so much work to be done. Once I was finally able to pick up my van, I noticed that the invoice stated a tire was changed out and verified it with Tyler because it was never brought to my attention. Then the next day, while driving, that same tire that was just changed out went completely flat and wouldn’t hold air at all. We went to a tire shop and they said that the tire was improperly mounted which caused it to fall off the bead and tear on the INSIDE of the rim. Had to have my van towed back home and coincidentally, all the sensors that they had repaired flashed back on - including front collusion warning sensors!! Bought a brand new tire and drove back down to Seminole County Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram and Tyler said the tire was mounted correctly and they would NOT repair or check any of the sensors without us paying more money! I had proof the tire was mounted improperly and they refused to acknowledge it or fix my van again. Left and never returned. Months later, Tyler called me to say he hadn’t received the payment from Chrysler Capital (my leaseholder who had the insurance check) and that he believed I committed fraud and persue legal action. AGAIN, I have documentation and proof that Chrysler Capital had the dispersement check from my insurance AND proof that Tyler had been in communication with them but wasn’t submitted the proper documentation to prove they were a legitimate dealership. WORST BUSINESS EVER and I WILL NEVER go to that dealer EVER AGAIN!! BE WARNED!! None of the management would return my calls either! More
I brought the Gladiator on 11/9 for oil change, tire rotation and fix the windshield washer (not spraying any liquid at all). Paid $118.42 for the oil part and the tire rotation. The windshield washer rotation and fix the windshield washer (not spraying any liquid at all). Paid $118.42 for the oil part and the tire rotation. The windshield washer was under warranty and Kevin Bermudez the advisor confirmed. I had to take it back on 11/15 because of the windshield washer not working again. Got a call from Kevin Bermudez asking what kind of fluid I use; I answered whatever is available at the time. Kevin told me that the repair would be billable since I didn't use "Mopar washer fluid". It didn't feel right, more like a scam so I told him not to fixed, I will go and get my car. I will never take my Jeeps to this place again. More
Made an appointment for transmission fluid change and when I took the car 2016 Jeep there my tech-advisor ( Tyler ) told me my car doesn’t have 100 k yet for oil change, I replied but it’s not too far fr when I took the car 2016 Jeep there my tech-advisor ( Tyler ) told me my car doesn’t have 100 k yet for oil change, I replied but it’s not too far from it 93k, and there’s a massage for service trans, and since there is no malfunctioning this is the cheapest way to approach that. After two days he sent me a text that I needed my transmission change and the cost is around $10,000. I tried to call him several times no answer, finally had to call the sales and they got him over the phone and I told him based on the value and that I drove it out of state for 1200 miles with no problems don’t want to change it he said that I had to pay $175. For diagnostic before I can take my car. After I took a ride there we spent over an hour with no results and when I asked to see the service manager they told me he was not in and will be in next week in 4 days, I said ok I would be back to talk to him. After I left halfway home guy called me and said his name was Tom the manager and that he was in fact there and heard our conversation and that there is nothing he could do about that. So my ride had to turnaround bring me back to the dealership and when I asked him to let me see the manager or director he resisted first and eventually I met Steve the main guy and we went over and over this simple to understand issue and yet no solution, finally we agreed to meet halfway and pay $85. I have two questions for whoever runs that place: 1) what was all the dishonesties and unprofessional interactions as to where about the manager was. 2) Dose the operation of a business that size runs on these types of charges to their customers , And that they don’t believe in word of mouth as a powerful advertisement tool.? Well done I’m converted to Toyota fan and not only I would never return TT here I also do my best to inform friends and families. Was a trouble experience. More
The employees broke a side mirror when were doing a simple oil change. They said the car could be driven with the broken mirror. Next day, Service Advisor Kevin Bermudez said they broke nothing. Anothe simple oil change. They said the car could be driven with the broken mirror. Next day, Service Advisor Kevin Bermudez said they broke nothing. Another Service Advisor Tyler Kinch said they didn’t know when they can replace the mirror and reiterated that the car can be driven safely with the broken mirror. If they are able to break the car doing a simple oil change, it’s scary to imagine how they perform the repair. The dealership refused to provide documents regarding the accident and offered to trust take their word. Also, Mr. Bermudez made a very discriminatory comment regarding their client’s ability to speak English. If you have any other dealerships to consider, please do. More
Just a horrible experience trying to get anything done over there. I've had my 2017 Grand (51K miles) in there 3 times ($200 deductible each time) to fix a "rare" exhaust smell and it still hasn't been fi over there. I've had my 2017 Grand (51K miles) in there 3 times ($200 deductible each time) to fix a "rare" exhaust smell and it still hasn't been fixed, although they replaced a lot of other parts that they "thought was the problem". The compressor went out while it was in the shop as well. They actually made my AC worse with the warranty replacement parts, oh and to fix that, it's out of pocket. Of course they know exactly what the exhaust smell is now but the warranty won't cover it and it's out of pocket. When I brought up the issue of how many parts they already replaced and the problem still exists, I was questioned if I was claiming warranty fraud, I'm not claiming warranty fraud but I'm not dismissing it either. The only person in that building that is worth anything is the nice lady who brings me home after I drop off the Jeep. I'm done with all the brands under that roof. Putting them in time out for a couple decades. One more thing, what's the point of having an appointment and when you get there, "oh my guy can't look at it until tomorrow". This dealer is just sketchy. I'm glad I've never bought a vehicle from them. More
Buyer Beware! ! This has to be the most unprofessional, unorganized and dysfunctional dealership I have ever worked with!! Beginning to think they are all about “ ! This has to be the most unprofessional, unorganized and dysfunctional dealership I have ever worked with!! Beginning to think they are all about “Bait and Switch” tactics. I contacted “Jonathon” on Sunday and informed him I was very interested in a vehicle they reduced below market value. He assured me vehicle was still available. Advised I couldn’t get to dealership until Monday afternoon and that I was 1.5 hrs away. I offered a deposit to hold vehicle and he stated he was unable to hold vehicle. He advised I send him pics of my trade in, VIN#, insurance info, and pre-approval from bank to make things smoother when I arrived next day. Monday morning I sent him the requested information and he again confirmed vehicle available. I then called and spoke to him personally 30 min prior to traveling the 1.5 hrs to the dealership. He again confirmed availability. When I arrived to dealership he walked me to the vehicle only to find a SOLD sign in dash. He then advised me vehicle was sold but he would be glad to show me other vehicles still available. What was available was several thousands more and not what I was looking for. The sales manager never even bothered to come apologize for wasting my time and gas, nor was I even offered compensation. Jonathon did apologize but suggested I buy something else on lot. I spoke to him multiple times through out Monday about the vehicle. Sales manager and Finance should have been aware that a customer was driving 1.5 hrs to purchase vehicle- sounds fishy only to have it sold 30 min prior to my arrival. More
CHEATS, LIARS AND UNAPOLOGETICS. A month after buy my vehicle with Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Seminole County they, Donald Stephens and Brian Williams, end up calling and harassin A month after buy my vehicle with Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Seminole County they, Donald Stephens and Brian Williams, end up calling and harassing my pregnant 39/40 week hormonal wife at all hours of the day to the point of tears. I eventually get an email from Donald Stephens asking to call him and I ask why. He states that they have my license plates to the KIA Sedona that I had purchased. At time of purchase I told them I had my own plates and that that there would be no problem with keeping my old plates on the vehicle to the point of them putting the plates on the vehicle along with the temporary tags and the instructions where after the temp tags elapsed to rip it off and my old plate would be used. When emailed back saying that they are lying about my plates they reply saying that I have to talk with them and have the wrong plates on my car. I did not want to talk with them since now there is mistrust from what they original told me and the way they treated my wife. They finally call me directly and I demand why they are treating my wife this way and why they have the wrong information. All they have to say is that I have the wrong information. So I am lead to believe someone lied about the plate and cheated money out of me with this plate. I asked for the information in writing and hung up. Brian Williams sends me the same email about the wrong plate. I replied with why they aren't honoring the plate agreement, why they where harassing my wife, where they got their wrong information, and why there sale people where not doing their job correctly. I have yet to receive a response from them. Even if there was a mistake my wife should at least be given an apology for how they treated her. More
Stephen Fisher was our salesman again this time. He deserves recognition as SALESMAN OF THE DAY AND YEAR. He goes beyond expectations for his customers. I give him 6 out of 5 stars. UPDATE: To add to the sketchy auto shop theme- I brought my car to an honest mechanic who discovered that this dealer service center cut a cable to my headlight. Tom Harpsters reply below is just an attempt my car to an honest mechanic who discovered that this dealer service center cut a cable to my headlight. Tom Harpsters reply below is just an attempt to save face on the negative review. If he really cared he would have come out and spoken to me when I asked for a manager. They have my information and could easily reach out to me if they really took feedback “seriously”. I’m certain he is the one who ordered the techs to cut my cable. The mechanic I went to after this disaster did everything this dealer quoted me for. The price difference? $430 vs $1400. Save money and support a local business that will actually care. Pictures of the pricing included. **Original post** Don’t let the brand name fool you, this service center is no different than a sketchy auto shop. Pay attention to the difference between the sales reviews and the service center reviews. I recommend staying away from this dealers service center, but if you do decide to service your car here make sure to read what you are asked to sign very carefully and do NOT trust what the advisor tells you. Solid lesson in general but I am disappointed that I can no longer trust a brand my family has been so loyal to for so many years. Although this was my first experience with this location, I used to only service my car at the dealer, despite higher prices, to avoid deceit tactics. The advisors here are nice until you discover these tactics and then they become hostile and threatening. Ask for a manager and suddenly they are all managers. Another lesson; pay with credit card and dispute wrongful charges, but don’t tell them you will do that. Once I said that they can take up the dispute with my cc company they REFUSED PAYMENT and told me I would not get my car back unless I paid in cash. If that’s not an admission of guilt idk what is. I even had to dial the police which is when they backed off. At the end of it all these guys decided that doubling their labor and undoing the work they did to my car over a $170 dispute was worth more to them than taking responsibility for their misleading communication and turning a negative experience into a happy customer.
