Yesterday it was parked across the street near the movie theater. An employee flagged me down and drove the car to the service entrance. I don't mind walking to where the car is but at least indicate where it is parked. More

He also told me to bring the car for service there because I toke it to Chrysler dearler thinking I need to take it there for recalls or repairs. They tried to get me to pay for something that was $200 plus. He had me to bring car to him. He had it checked out and there was nothing wrong. He asured me that I can bring it to your dealer for repairs. He is very professional! He also take care of everything with my car. I really appreciate them. I love the care they give for customer satisfaction. The professionalism I seen since I purchased my car is promotion with Brittney and Nenise. Nenise for sure need a promotion. I worked directly with Kerry Kearney in service. I was more than pleased with Kerry in service. He went above and beyond for me, working with the insurance company of the party that hit my car (for p I was more than pleased with Kerry in service. Separately from the insurance payment, I paid for an oil change. My only concern, unfortunately from being taken advantage of by other car mechanics in the past, is about the oil change being done. There was no sticker placed in car with mileage at time of change. On Vehicle Check up paperwork, only thing listed was tire tread depth, nothing else checked off or filed out on that page from Mpi. Small thing about oil change sticker, but in the past, I've paid elsewhere and the work was actually never done, though I was told it was, and it caused further problems for me with that car. More
