The experience was amazing...I inquired online and the internet coordinator "Jessica" replied the very next morning and asked the right questions to identify my needs...she connected me with the BEST salesman Mr. Smitty that went above and beyong to make sure I was well taken care anf his responses to all of my questions were prompt and to the point. We went in the next morning and took delivery of our beautiful Grand Cherokee. Thank you to all and the finance Manager Rob as well. We will for sure service our vehicle there and soon will be buying another vehicle! Professional and expectional experience! More

It has been in t My daughter purchased a Jeep Rubicon Hardrock Edition from here earlier this year. Shortly after purchase it began to "death wobble". It has been in the shop repeatedly; each time it was returned to her as fixed, but never was nor can it be said it ever will be.. Several times they even 'sold' her items as 'the fix' - which turned out to not fix the problem at all, but only expensive and unnecessary items further profitting the dealership. At first the Fields representatives were honest and respectful, promising to make things right, then David Somoni, the general manager, and John Mantione, the regional manager became involved; their behavior reflects Fields automotive as uncaring of their customers, more interested in profit than safety, negligent and dishonest and disrespectful. In the past two months alone, the jeep has been at the dealership literally for weeks, approximately five of the past eight. For weeks Field's service and even sales gm representatives treated my daughter respectfully and honestly. Then David Somoni, the gm came into the picture - he only wanted to bully her into either another sale or a huge loss. So she took the issues to the regional gm, John Mantione, to only get the same behavior - Though their behavior shouldn't be surprising, it is in this day and age! Save your money, your time and possibly even your life and the lives of others.......... Do NOT buy here! Worst experience - very poor customer service Their service is very poor. I bought my Ram from another Dodge dealership that is wonderful but this one is much closer to home and now much closer to Their service is very poor. I bought my Ram from another Dodge dealership that is wonderful but this one is much closer to home and now much closer to my office since we moved. I recently took my truck in that is less than 1 year old and they refused to make the repair because they deemed it to not be under warranty within seconds. They did not fight for me with Chrysler corporate or try to make it right. They wanted to charge me over $700 for an interior paint defect. They even want to charge me for labor on a clear vehicle defect. For repairs that they have reluctantly covered under warranty, I have had to bring my truck in multiple times to have the repair done correctly. The first time i brought my truck in for a defect was for the truck bedliner since it was warped. They decided to try to melt the bedliner into shape. It looked worse than it did when I brought it in. I am finally writing a review to let others know after this latest issue with the interior paint. More

The day after purchasing the vehicle I noticed a defect in the leather in the back seat. As soon as I mentioned it to them I could already tell this was going to end poorly. Sure enough it took 2 months to get the car in and they did a botched job leaving the leather looking worse than before. Their response? Go ahead and give us a bad review, we're the best and your bad review won't hurt us. I'm sure they're right but anyone purchasing from them, beware and inspect your "new" vehicle thoroughly as they will NOT fix problems, they are only there to make money and dazzle you to get it out of your pocket. I have requested to speak to the manager as well as the information for corporate only To be ignored. I'm also now stuck with a warranty from people I would never trust to work on my car. Love this place! I will never go to another dealership again! Friendly and Quick Service I received excellent service when i brought my Dodge Charger in for an oil change and other things. I worked with Tom who was very friendly and clear I received excellent service when i brought my Dodge Charger in for an oil change and other things. I worked with Tom who was very friendly and clear about all the different things that would be serviced on my vehicle. I was given a 2 hr service time but received a call that my car was ready in about an hour. Excellent experience. More

First time with an appointment and the second time I was told the fast express lane I do not need an appointment. Over three hours for an oil change at two fields dodge locations. Second oil change, after receiving the vehicle back, it completely smelled like oil and grease. Unacceptable dodge. More
