My experience from communicating online to walking in the showroom to walking out of the dealership with my shiny new truck was awesome. My sales guy Robert R. was very knowledgeable about the Truck and everything else in the transaction. He did a great job! His attitude and demeanor made it a pleasant experience. He is the go to guy to buy a car from. The finance lady was awesome as well. No one tried to pressure me into anything. This is the best car buying experience I have ever had and this is my 7th new vehicle in my lifetime so far. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. More

After paying for this to be fixed, the first rain we had was two days ago and the problem came right back. More accurately, the problem was never fixed. Now the Sanford location wants me to pay for towing and repair. They do not stand by their service. More
Fields preys on widows! They prey on widows. I went to the dealership because of their inventory. I told salesman I was recently widowed and that I was turning in my vw be They prey on widows. I went to the dealership because of their inventory. I told salesman I was recently widowed and that I was turning in my vw because of the buyback. I was concerned about being without a car for a few days and asked if they had loaners or could set up a rental for me. I was told they would hold a check up to a month knowing that the VW money for deposit was guarenteed. They put a one week hold on it and then took my plate away and made me call in daily and treated me like a criminal. The money arrived on the following Monday. I got my first bill and went to pay it and saw that the amount owed was too high, Yes it was 4.9 percent but they tacked on nearly 4,000 dollars for lending me money. I did not notice at time of sale because the stress of decision making was so difficult etc. Losing a husband aftern35 years is difficult, They even knew he was law enforcement. The salesman said he would protect me. NOT!!!!!!! So much for their professsional, customer service based image. Their free car washes will never add up to what they ripped me off for!!!!! Shame on this dealership. Please do not give them a cent of your money! More
Poor quality service I would like to share with you the service experience I received on Saturday March 25th, 2017. I went to the dealership with the intentions of test dr I would like to share with you the service experience I received on Saturday March 25th, 2017. I went to the dealership with the intentions of test driving a Jeep Wrangler to assure myself of the possible future purchase prior to selling my Lexus. I informed Brad I was looking to test drive a black Jeep Wrangler Sahara, four door with a hard top; preferably 2014-2015. He grabbed a brand new 2017 black Jeep for me to test drive, which I did. However, after the test drive, I again inquired about the 2014-2015 Wrangler models in which my preference was not validated. Brad apparently felt compelled to push the 2017 model on me which was a complete turn off to me. Brad then checked the trade-in value on my Lexus and when I told him I “had to sleep on it” his immediate response was “why did you even come today if you were not prepared to buy.” I then reminded him of my intentions to test drive today and told him I was looking for an older model. I was very upset with his response, but did not show my frustration. Brad then sent over his manager to “thank me for coming” and I was not impressed with the managers approach either. Although I was clearly the customer looking to purchase the vehicle, his manager continued to speak to and look at my husband. Over all I was not happy with the service I received, and instead drove around the corner to Carmax where I was presented with the vehicle I inquired about. I am currently waiting for the vehicle to be transferred to the Sanford location to seal the deal. More
WON'T GO BACK I'm going to try and be as fair as possible with this review. However, I won't return to have my vehicle serviced. On Thursday February 23, 2017, I to I'm going to try and be as fair as possible with this review. However, I won't return to have my vehicle serviced. On Thursday February 23, 2017, I took my Chrysler 300 in to have the transmission serviced and fog lamps repaired. They needed the car all day so I returned home by Uber. I had barely walked into the house when I received a call from the service writer with bad news. The mechanic damaged my door while putting it on the rack. How does that happen? How many times a day does he do that? So now my vehicle has to go to their body shop 25 miles away. They did provide a loaner, a Jeep Wrangler, but compared to my 300 it was a tank. On Tuesday the 28th, the service writer called to tell me my vehicle came back but he was not happy with the paint job so it would have to go back to the body shop. Incompetence#2! Now its Tuesday March 7th. I was told my vehicle would be ready that day. However, when it was returned to the dealer the fog lamps had not been repaired. I was, to say the least not happy. Bottom line, they damaged my vehicle which was as close to show room perfect as a car can be. Secondly, it took 12 days, plus 154 miles and a half tank of gas before I got it back. I really felt that due to my vehicle being damaged by them and all of my inconvenience they should not have charged me a dime. They did credit me for the fog lamp repair. But it still cost me $220 for the transmission service plus half tank of gas. I just spoke to the service manager before writing this and he refused to credit me for the transmission service. Needless to say I won't be going back. Charles D. Deltona, Florida More
