From beginning to arrival Tim McArdle (our sales specialist) was supportive, enthusiastic and helpful. We had visited MANY Jeep dealerships in the area - prior to meeting these folks at FCJDR - none compared to the excellent customer service we received! Not only were they helpful but they accommodated installing some after-market accessories we wanted. The ordering process was worth EVERY second of waiting for (and we aren't the patient type!) First class dealership!! We even brought the "grands" when we went to pick up our jeep! They thoroughly enjoyed the kid friendly media room for them- not to mention the barbecue lunch and ICE CREAM! Made the whole process so much fun for them (AND us!) We judge a dealership not only by it's selection and ability to get exactly what we want, but also by it's service department. TOP NOTCH in all categories. We don't live exactly "close" to this dealership but will be scheduling our regular maintenance service with these folks regardless! THAT'S how much we like them! Incredible Service Every Time Fields is the best dealer and service department I have ever dealt with.
