Not happy with service department Your service department does not have a clue what the xxxx they are doing!!! Let me tell you my story of why your service sucks!!! Took my car in for Your service department does not have a clue what the xxxx they are doing!!! Let me tell you my story of why your service sucks!!! Took my car in for recall on airbag and a service on transmission. We talked to Tom and he said he would recommend a diagnostic on transmission first, so we had them do that and then they said that the service would fix the problem!! We get there too pay 212.00 and take car and as we are leaving we notice the blower on air/heat would not work and the airbag light was on!! What the xxxx we did not take in for blower on ac/heat but did for recall on airbag, but the lights on for airbag but you said you did not mess that up!! Ok but we had no airbag light on and no issue with blower. So we talk to service manager Brian Cayse which was a waste of time!!! Service department blew our relay for airbag and blower which was 16.00, but fields dodge did not pay for. Tom calls us on Monday and apologize to us. So we tow car on our own dime back and you do another diagnostic and this time the solenoid is bad 253.00 so we said ok go ahead and fix and then labor 2.7 hours cost 336.00 so we were told 540.00 total but we get there to get car and it’s 571.00 forgot tell tell us tax, you should tell someone when you call the last time for us to pick up the actual total amount!!! You drive it 5 miles and says shifts fine. We drive it 11 miles home and 3 miles from our house it would not shift!!! So we are 800.00 or more into this!!! So how are you fields dodge Chrysler Jeep going to fix this!!! More

Maia was very informative, and kept in touch the whole time. Everything was covered, never tried to sell me anything. I've put about 300 miles on the Jeep since and it runs great. The only problem I had was the antifreeze was all over, evidently spilled all over while pouring it in, and bolt loosening lubricant and or motor oil down the side of the engine. Almost made me think something was leaking since they changed the head, but after I cleaned it, it stayed dry. Thanks, Greg P.S. You only got 4 stars on quality of work because no one though to clean the antifreeze they spilled, and bolt loosening lubricant, and or motor oil after they pulled the head. More

Service Sean in the Service Department went above and beyond to perform service recovery after I had a bad experience with a Fields technician the previous we Sean in the Service Department went above and beyond to perform service recovery after I had a bad experience with a Fields technician the previous week. Sean ensured my vehicle was serviced and communicated with me by telephone twice during the day with status updates. Impressive! I did ask for a manager to contact me and have never heard from him. That’s disappointing. More

Another Great Service Experience I had to drop my SRT off for scheduled maintenance and to also look into a few rattling noises.
