Wish I could give them less than a zero. Beware, of the salesman lies. We spent over an hour test driving and looking at vehicle, thinking the price was on what the salesman quoted , but w Beware, of the salesman lies. We spent over an hour test driving and looking at vehicle, thinking the price was on what the salesman quoted , but when he brought out the buyers order price was jacked up by 5000.00 dollars for addendums. When asked why he didn't tell true price, his reply was it was on the wind shield. We asked several times for price verification. Run like the wind and avoid this dealership. Used car manager was a jerk and talked down to me and my granddaughter, acted like we were not smart enough to understand all the jacked up addendums he added. Nitro in tires 999.99 and others just as crazy. They don't tell real price when asked. What a waste of my time. They actually lost the sale of 2 vehicles that day from us. More
TO AVOID LIKE THE BUBONIC PLAGUE: Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Seminole County VERY EXPENSIVE used car inspection that inspected...NOTHING. 150% repair costs compared to other ORLANDO Jeep dealers, $250 Ram of Seminole County VERY EXPENSIVE used car inspection that inspected...NOTHING. 150% repair costs compared to other ORLANDO Jeep dealers, $250 hr. technician charge (and vehicle spent more time in their garage than on the road over two-month period), EXTREME sub-KBB trade in valuation, ZERO management engagement or accountability. THE ABSOLUTE WORST. More
We purchased a used Subaru from them last month. On-line price was reasonable until we got there....Then they forced us to buy Lojack, Permaplate, lifetime free carwashes, lifetime tinting warranty, On-line price was reasonable until we got there....Then they forced us to buy Lojack, Permaplate, lifetime free carwashes, lifetime tinting warranty, and dealer prep. We were able to "negotiate" down from $4500 to only $2500 for these extraneous fees. ALL stuff we didn't want, but were "required" to purchase. Then at closing the finance manager, Walid Izza, conveniently neglected to give us all of the paperwork. We returned the next day with the financing and noticed documents missing. Walid said dismissingly, "I have customers waiting." (WHAT?! Am I not a customer?!). Jonathon Torres apologized for Walid's remarks and said he would work on getting the info to us. BUT, I had to call and call and call and after 18 days, they emailed me the remaining paperwork! Then, after reviewing the paperwork, it said we didn't have to buy this extra stuff in the first place!! I'm STILL TRYING to get someone to call me and give me an email address to the business manager as LoJack wants me to send the dealership some info. I've never seen such a disorganized, non-responsive company! I try and try and try and no one answers the phones, so I leave a voicemail and NO ONE return phone calls. It's as if you take a customer's money and then they never want to hear from you again. You apparently have no interest in getting your repeat business or to service your vehicle there because you are NEVER called back! I am choosing to give the dealership TWO stars instead of ONE star, only because the salesperson Jonathan was knowledgeable about the product and seemed to be the only person who really cared about the customer (but now, even he won't call me back!). Can someone PLEASE give me the email address to the business office, so I can get this info to them? I'm at my wit's end! More
I have been totally mistreated . Tom Harpster and master electrician was very disrespectful I was given a false & overpriced estimate . Overcharged for false reading. I want to speak Tom Harpster and master electrician was very disrespectful I was given a false & overpriced estimate . Overcharged for false reading. I want to speak to higher management immediately. I have pictures and proof of my statements. I can not believe the inaccuracies of my service . My lights were out . I was told I needed to change the whole circuit . When only the fuses needed to be changed & the bulb. I was charged $500 just to be told the service would be $5,000. When I just got the problem solved for less then $250 for the labour , bulb , and fuses . I want some kind of recompense for this mistreatment . More

Wish I could give zero stars! ! Service was absolutely AWFUL!! I worked with Tyler on my Chrysler Pacific Hybrid and had a LOT of work done. I had to file a claim through my insu ! Service was absolutely AWFUL!! I worked with Tyler on my Chrysler Pacific Hybrid and had a LOT of work done. I had to file a claim through my insurance because there was so much work to be done. Once I was finally able to pick up my van, I noticed that the invoice stated a tire was changed out and verified it with Tyler because it was never brought to my attention. Then the next day, while driving, that same tire that was just changed out went completely flat and wouldn’t hold air at all. We went to a tire shop and they said that the tire was improperly mounted which caused it to fall off the bead and tear on the INSIDE of the rim. Had to have my van towed back home and coincidentally, all the sensors that they had repaired flashed back on - including front collusion warning sensors!! Bought a brand new tire and drove back down to Seminole County Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram and Tyler said the tire was mounted correctly and they would NOT repair or check any of the sensors without us paying more money! I had proof the tire was mounted improperly and they refused to acknowledge it or fix my van again. Left and never returned. Months later, Tyler called me to say he hadn’t received the payment from Chrysler Capital (my leaseholder who had the insurance check) and that he believed I committed fraud and persue legal action. AGAIN, I have documentation and proof that Chrysler Capital had the dispersement check from my insurance AND proof that Tyler had been in communication with them but wasn’t submitted the proper documentation to prove they were a legitimate dealership. WORST BUSINESS EVER and I WILL NEVER go to that dealer EVER AGAIN!! BE WARNED!! None of the management would return my calls either! More
I brought the Gladiator on 11/9 for oil change, tire rotation and fix the windshield washer (not spraying any liquid at all). Paid $118.42 for the oil part and the tire rotation. The windshield washer rotation and fix the windshield washer (not spraying any liquid at all). Paid $118.42 for the oil part and the tire rotation. The windshield washer was under warranty and Kevin Bermudez the advisor confirmed. I had to take it back on 11/15 because of the windshield washer not working again. Got a call from Kevin Bermudez asking what kind of fluid I use; I answered whatever is available at the time. Kevin told me that the repair would be billable since I didn't use "Mopar washer fluid". It didn't feel right, more like a scam so I told him not to fixed, I will go and get my car. I will never take my Jeeps to this place again. More
Made an appointment for transmission fluid change and when I took the car 2016 Jeep there my tech-advisor ( Tyler ) told me my car doesn’t have 100 k yet for oil change, I replied but it’s not too far fr when I took the car 2016 Jeep there my tech-advisor ( Tyler ) told me my car doesn’t have 100 k yet for oil change, I replied but it’s not too far from it 93k, and there’s a massage for service trans, and since there is no malfunctioning this is the cheapest way to approach that. After two days he sent me a text that I needed my transmission change and the cost is around $10,000. I tried to call him several times no answer, finally had to call the sales and they got him over the phone and I told him based on the value and that I drove it out of state for 1200 miles with no problems don’t want to change it he said that I had to pay $175. For diagnostic before I can take my car. After I took a ride there we spent over an hour with no results and when I asked to see the service manager they told me he was not in and will be in next week in 4 days, I said ok I would be back to talk to him. After I left halfway home guy called me and said his name was Tom the manager and that he was in fact there and heard our conversation and that there is nothing he could do about that. So my ride had to turnaround bring me back to the dealership and when I asked him to let me see the manager or director he resisted first and eventually I met Steve the main guy and we went over and over this simple to understand issue and yet no solution, finally we agreed to meet halfway and pay $85. I have two questions for whoever runs that place: 1) what was all the dishonesties and unprofessional interactions as to where about the manager was. 2) Dose the operation of a business that size runs on these types of charges to their customers , And that they don’t believe in word of mouth as a powerful advertisement tool.? Well done I’m converted to Toyota fan and not only I would never return TT here I also do my best to inform friends and families. Was a trouble experience. More
The employees broke a side mirror when were doing a simple oil change. They said the car could be driven with the broken mirror. Next day, Service Advisor Kevin Bermudez said they broke nothing. Anothe simple oil change. They said the car could be driven with the broken mirror. Next day, Service Advisor Kevin Bermudez said they broke nothing. Another Service Advisor Tyler Kinch said they didn’t know when they can replace the mirror and reiterated that the car can be driven safely with the broken mirror. If they are able to break the car doing a simple oil change, it’s scary to imagine how they perform the repair. The dealership refused to provide documents regarding the accident and offered to trust take their word. Also, Mr. Bermudez made a very discriminatory comment regarding their client’s ability to speak English. If you have any other dealerships to consider, please do. More
