Damaged Rims My service advisor Andy Savas is a fantastic employee, he cares about his customers. However I had purchased new rims and tires from the dealership. I My service advisor Andy Savas is a fantastic employee, he cares about his customers. However I had purchased new rims and tires from the dealership. In the process of replacing 2 TPM sensors that had gone bad they damaged one of the rims. Brian Cayce became involved and eventually the damaged rim was repaired. I still think the rim should have been replaced since in was BRAND NEW. I am also having issues with a 3rd TPM that keeps triggering the warning light. The vehicle has already been in for this issue and has NOT been repaired. Also during this repair service Andy went above and beyond in solving a window issue. It seems that the replacement part from Dodge does not have the right PIN assembly. There is nothing like having a window that will not close when you live in the rainy state of Florida. After 2 attempts to locate a part, the part was on back order, Andy found a way to solve the issue. Way to go Andy...... More

Bad experience turned good I went in for a simple oil change and had a HORRIBLE experience. There was no line and was told I would be out in 45 min. It was over 2 hours later I went in for a simple oil change and had a HORRIBLE experience. There was no line and was told I would be out in 45 min. It was over 2 hours later I was handed my keys and a list of problems I needed fixed on my jeep. I complained about the service and got a meager "sorry". Then when I left i couldn't even find my vehicle and had to locate someone to help me find it. Then I find my seat slammed back and antenna in the front seat cause the washed the vehicle when I requested they didnt. I was ready to NEVER come back to the dealership ever again but I went in and talked to Andy Savas. He walked me through what I needed done (some things listed werent necessary and I correctly priced). I set up my appointment for the next day. He kept me up to date on the status of the work and let me know anything else that needed to be addressed as it popped up. I will only be returning to the dealership for service from now on because of Andy. More
