Bad experience turned good I went in for a simple oil change and had a HORRIBLE experience. There was no line and was told I would be out in 45 min. It was over 2 hours later I was handed my keys and a list of problems I needed fixed on my jeep. I complained about the service and got a meager "sorry". Then when I left i couldn't even find my vehicle and had to locate someone to help me find it. Then I find my seat slammed back and antenna in the front seat cause the washed the vehicle when I requested they didnt. I was ready to NEVER come back to the dealership ever again but I went in and talked to Andy Savas. He walked me through what I needed done (some things listed werent necessary and I correctly priced). I set up my appointment for the next day. He kept me up to date on the status of the work and let me know anything else that needed to be addressed as it popped up. I will only be returning to the dealership for service from now on because of Andy. More

Another great service experience We have an Itasca Viva motor home on a Promaster 3500 chassis--not the normal vehicle that visits the service department. However, Kerry, our Service Adviser, takes great care of us and our motor home. He advises us as to what we need and why, and never tries to sell us a service we don't need. Always had great service until now Last week my Check engine light was on and I was pleasantly surprised I was able to get a Saturday appointment. My car was dropped off at service Last week my Check engine light was on and I was pleasantly surprised I was able to get a Saturday appointment. My car was dropped off at service at 9am. I did not receive a call all day about status so I called the dealer around 4pm. I was told the oil change and Bluetooth were handled, but they could not find the stored code for the engine light. I asked when my car might be ready and was told I should get a call when it is all closed out shortly. Around 5:30 pm I was trying to figure out dinner for my family and coordinate picking up my car. I still had not heard back so I called the dealer again. I was told service had closed at 5pm. I was concerned and upset as I was never told they would be keeping the car and I have two children under the age of 3 and my car seats were in the car. Also, I needed my car and had not planned to be without it Sunday or to return to work on Monday. A sales manager returned my call and stated he could remove my car but had way to tell me what was completed or outstanding and someone would have to call me Monday. Monday I did receive a call from the service customer service representative whom stated he was sorry and that the tech never handed him my paperwork so he just forgot and didn’t close my car out. Although I appreciate the apology I was concerned. Do your reps not have a working lists of the cars they took in that day? Is there not a checks and balances system before service closes to ensure all customers were handled. I picked up my car and my check engine light was still on. It has since cleared, but I now question if I want to return here for service. More
