A little slow but all dealerships are slow All dealers are slow to get in, get loaner, and get to YOUR business. All around better than the other Jeep dealer. People are very pleasant and friendly but a check list of where to go in order for 1st service visit would be great. .ie drive up, wait for auto to be written up, then up either go to wait at lounge or go to rental/loaner area. Then you will walk auto provided, noting blemishes and leave. When returning park loaner/rental in front. Go to cashier, get paperwork & pay. Go to rental/loaner area turn in keys, walk loaner/rental get paperwork and turn in keys. Get your vehicle and leave. Express oil change takes too long also. Once again everyone is courteous and pleasant, just need signs over areas. More

Damaged Rims My service advisor Andy Savas is a fantastic employee, he cares about his customers. However I had purchased new rims and tires from the dealership. I My service advisor Andy Savas is a fantastic employee, he cares about his customers. However I had purchased new rims and tires from the dealership. In the process of replacing 2 TPM sensors that had gone bad they damaged one of the rims. Brian Cayce became involved and eventually the damaged rim was repaired. I still think the rim should have been replaced since in was BRAND NEW. I am also having issues with a 3rd TPM that keeps triggering the warning light. The vehicle has already been in for this issue and has NOT been repaired. Also during this repair service Andy went above and beyond in solving a window issue. It seems that the replacement part from Dodge does not have the right PIN assembly. There is nothing like having a window that will not close when you live in the rainy state of Florida. After 2 attempts to locate a part, the part was on back order, Andy found a way to solve the issue. Way to go Andy...... More
