They go beyond poor service to the point of flat-out dishonest service. If you refuse the up-sell pitch, they even use bully tactics to push the add-on's. I recently used the FSA help-line to arrange for a service appointment at Fields for the T33 Safety Recall. Even the FSA representative got frustrated with the Fields Service dept. and recommended I go to Hurley instead. More

Oil Change I came to Fields to get an oil change because the dealership where I purchased my Dodge Journey didn't have hours to accommodate my work schedule. I was greeted by Joshua and start to finish he was amazing. The previous dealer recommended a full synthetic oil change and Joshua stated a conventional would be just fine. He also accepted a competitive coupon which saved me about $16 dollars. Finally, he made the wait beyond worth it for my children and I by personally serving us ice cream while we waited. I'll definitely be back for all of my Journey's needs. More
