Oil Change I came to Fields to get an oil change because the dealership where I purchased my Dodge Journey didn't have hours to accommodate my work schedule. I'm I came to Fields to get an oil change because the dealership where I purchased my Dodge Journey didn't have hours to accommodate my work schedule. I'm so happy I did. I was greeted by Joshua and start to finish he was amazing. The previous dealer recommended a full synthetic oil change and Joshua stated a conventional would be just fine. He also accepted a competitive coupon which saved me about $16 dollars. Finally, he made the wait beyond worth it for my children and I by personally serving us ice cream while we waited. I'll definitely be back for all of my Journey's needs. More

Service is terrible Went to have brakes checked that were making a grinding noise. They said you can get tires rotated for 20.00 and free brake inspection or pay 50.00 fo Went to have brakes checked that were making a grinding noise. They said you can get tires rotated for 20.00 and free brake inspection or pay 50.00 for brake inspection. I said I really don't need tires rotated because I have free at pep boys where I bought the tires. So I said 20.00 is the better deal though. Lol. They said pads were good and rotor had some rust. They weren't qualified to know how to fix the problem. Left there with grinding brakes still. Service manager hung up on me when I said I'd never buy another Dodge. They treat you bad after they sell you their cars. And can't fix my problem with brakes. Stay away!!! More
