Service tried charging me thousands of dollars I brought my 2014 car into Fields hoping for some type of miracle that they could fix my car when two other dealerships could not......I was crazy to I brought my 2014 car into Fields hoping for some type of miracle that they could fix my car when two other dealerships could not......I was crazy to be hoping for that. My car has all the lights come on and revs very high. If I don't take the foot of the gas, the engine will catch on fire. The problem is intermittent. I dropped my car of at Fields and did not hear anything back the first day and called the second day. I was hung up on three times and when I finally got a hold of someone they put me on.....hold. I called back again and finally got my Service Rep on the phone. They stated that the every wire and module in my car would have to be tested which would take about 40 hours and then probably cost thousands of dollars....then after a long pause, "What would you like to do?" I feel like I am in the Twilight Zone. I explained that I was hoping they would be able to determine the exact problem and not have to spend weeks finding what the problem is. They just coldly said.....no....Basically will that be charge or cash...... More
Recent service 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Fields Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is a great dealership for service. The service writers are very helpful and knowledgeable. Ice cream bar for the kiddos and a nice lounge area. Im very impressed. With all of this going on, my car was ready in an hour to include a wash. Great job and I will be using these folks as my primary dealership! More

Told different stories from different people My Jeep Cherokee was brought in for service due to car completely shutting off without warning leaving me in no control over the vehicle or it’s steer My Jeep Cherokee was brought in for service due to car completely shutting off without warning leaving me in no control over the vehicle or it’s steering because power steering is also lost when the car randomly shuts off. Received a phone call from a man by the name of Tom in the service department. On our first phone call Tom advised me someone test drove my car and was able to duplicate and experience the car shutting off without warning as I described. There was no other update offered at that time and the cause of the problem had not been discovered. The next time I spoke with someone I spoke with a man by the name of Jim who informed me that they had driven my car multiple times and no one had been able to duplicate or experience the car shutting off as I described. I advised him that Tom previously told me someone did duplicate it, but Jim insisted no one had. I added that I had done some of my own research online and my issue seemed to be experienced by a number of Jeep Cherokee owners. I was offered no other update and Jim was still not able to advise me what was wrong with my car. I went another day without hearing from the service department and stepped foot in the service department on a Saturday, which was one week from the day I dropped my Jeep off. I was there to just get something out of my car, because I was under the impression the car was still being looked at, when a member of the service department advised my car had been “fixed.” No one had called me to inform me the car was “fixed” or ready to be picked up. No one in the office would tell me what was wrong with the car or how it was fixed, only that they could never duplicate the problem and they did a software update. I am still trying to wrap my mind around how something can be said to be “fixed” when the problem was never discovered and addressed. The individual telling me my car was “fixed” continued to speculate about what could be wrong with the car as the valet retrieved the car from the service lot. Yet he insisted the problem had been fixed. With no repair being offered, I have no choice to take back the 2017 Jeep Cherokee (purchased new) that shuts off completely without any warning unexpectedly. I do not feel safe driving this vehicle. I will be trading my Jeep in this weekend and will be purchasing elsewhere. I am a previous Jeep owner, as well as other members of my family. I will never purchase another Jeep vehicle, sad to say. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with any vehicle I have ever owned. More
