Brought my 2022 Jeep in due to extreme wobble in the steering wheel while driving on I-4. Was immediately told that my warranty would not cover the visit due to signs of “abuse” as evidenced by me havin steering wheel while driving on I-4. Was immediately told that my warranty would not cover the visit due to signs of “abuse” as evidenced by me having dirt and grass on the tires and underside of the jeep. Most likely caused when I had to pull in to median while on I-4. After agreeing to a charge of $550 to diagnose the issue and perform an alignment, I was told that there was catastrophic damage and the differential and knuckles would need replaced. Could not give me an estimate due to “computers being down,” but told me I could claim this through my insurance. After several requests for an exact quote and after I elected to pick up my Jeep, I was provided an estimate for $9,532 for replacement of steering parts based on the fact the Service dept rep told me “this same thing happened with a gladiator a few months back and these were the parts that were needed to be replaced. I am unsure if an actual mechanic determined these parts were damaged. I took my Jeep to another certified mechanic and was told that the bolts on the ball joint axle were “severely loose” and all other parts were intact. The new mechanic did not charge me to tighten the bolts or to inspect the other steering parts. Did question why I didn’t go to the dealer since my jeep was under warranty and only had 24,000 miles. I feel that the dealership is either incompetent and could not diagnose the problem correctly or they are trying to encourage patrons to claim insurance fraudulently rather than standing behind the warranty guaranteed with their vehicles. I always buy new vehicles due to wanting to ensure my vehicle will be covered by warranty. This is my second purchase from this dealer. I no longer have faith in this dealership or the fact I should be able to expect my vehicle to be covered by the warranty within the expected time frame. I purchased a Jeep with 4 wheel drive and did not expect my warranty to be excluded due to the fact I have “grass and sand” on the tires or bumper guard. Highly disappointed in the dealer and service I received. More

I purchased a Chevy Colorado with the understanding that if the car failed to start the next day, I could replace the battery and seek a refund. Mr. William Smith, the sales manager who initially made the commitment, is no longer with the dealership. After reaching out again, I was directed to Mr. Chad, but unfortunately, I haven't received any responses to the emails and phone calls I've made since then. This extended lack of communication and resolution is deeply disappointing. It's disheartening to see a lack of follow-through on promises made and an absence of customer care. I sincerely hope that this matter is addressed immediately. I value positive customer experiences and hope that SEMINOLE COUNTY CDJR will take the necessary steps to rectify this situation. More

This has been, without a doubt, the worst experience purchasing a car ever! We leased a Jeep Grand Cherokee two months ago and are still unable to register the vehicle and get plates. Last month they had to overnight us another temp tag (which took multiple phone calls) and they assured us that they would send all the necessary info to the BMV. Several weeks later we go back to the BMV and they are still unable to get plates and our 2nd temp tag is getting ready to expire. These people have been horrible to deal with and it has been one empty promise after another. It's like once they made the sale and got our money, they no longer care and resolving this is not a priority for them. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More
I brought my 2018 Pacifica in to Seminole Chrysler because my traction control light kept coming on, service tech said it needed an ABS module. Upon his inspection tech said all motor and engine moun because my traction control light kept coming on, service tech said it needed an ABS module. Upon his inspection tech said all motor and engine mounts torn, they said they had all parts and scheduled an appointment for me. After the mounts were installed they said they didn't have the ABS module in stock so i had to go back when they got it in. When I got in my vehicle the A (on off) indicater light was lit, which wasn't lit when I brought it in, they said it was the small aux battery, what a coincidence. That was $300.00. After the work was done I got home and found my whole headlight on the passenger side is not working which was working absolutely fine when the vehicle was brought in. I'm totally frustrated. I can't drive the vehicle at nite and this is our only vehicle. I have a 98 year old handicap father at home. Really frustrated about what's gone on. Coincidence?? I don't believe so. My jeep experienced a leak with water coming inside. I spoke to the dealership several times about getting it fixed. Was told that they only fix leaks on Wednesdays. I had to wait several weeks until finally having a Wednesday available to drop off the vehicle. I called to get an appointment and was assured that Wednesday is the day leaks are fixed. Dropped of my vehicle Wednesday morning only to get a call a few hours later that they don't fix leaks on used jeeps, only new ones. Obviously beyond angry since I was now left without a vehicle for an entire day. More
