This has been, without a doubt, the worst experience purchasing a car ever! We leased a Jeep Grand Cherokee two months ago and are still unable to register the vehicle and get plates. Last month they ha purchasing a car ever! We leased a Jeep Grand Cherokee two months ago and are still unable to register the vehicle and get plates. Last month they had to overnight us another temp tag (which took multiple phone calls) and they assured us that they would send all the necessary info to the BMV. Several weeks later we go back to the BMV and they are still unable to get plates and our 2nd temp tag is getting ready to expire. These people have been horrible to deal with and it has been one empty promise after another. It's like once they made the sale and got our money, they no longer care and resolving this is not a priority for them. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More
I brought my 2018 Pacifica in to Seminole Chrysler because my traction control light kept coming on, service tech said it needed an ABS module. Upon his inspection tech said all motor and engine moun because my traction control light kept coming on, service tech said it needed an ABS module. Upon his inspection tech said all motor and engine mounts torn, they said they had all parts and scheduled an appointment for me. After the mounts were installed they said they didn't have the ABS module in stock so i had to go back when they got it in. When I got in my vehicle the A (on off) indicater light was lit, which wasn't lit when I brought it in, they said it was the small aux battery, what a coincidence. That was $300.00. After the work was done I got home and found my whole headlight on the passenger side is not working which was working absolutely fine when the vehicle was brought in. I'm totally frustrated. I can't drive the vehicle at nite and this is our only vehicle. I have a 98 year old handicap father at home. Really frustrated about what's gone on. Coincidence?? I don't believe so. Going back Monday 4/22/23 More

I had to wait several weeks until finally having a Wednesday available to drop off the vehicle. I called to get an appointment and was assured that Wednesday is the day leaks are fixed. Dropped of my vehicle Wednesday morning only to get a call a few hours later that they don't fix leaks on used jeeps, only new ones. Obviously beyond angry since I was now left without a vehicle for an entire day. More
Purchased a Dodge Ram truck from this dealership on Wednesday, April 5th. Within hours after leaving the dealership the check engine light came on and the alert was in reference to the fuel sensor. We Wednesday, April 5th. Within hours after leaving the dealership the check engine light came on and the alert was in reference to the fuel sensor. We called the dealership the next morning to address the concern since this issue did not reflect on the inspection. At this point, we haven’t received a callback to address the matter even after multiple attempts to resolve the issue. This dealership provides poor service when it’s time to resolve an issue that they covered up to make a sale. There wasn’t an option to leave a no star rating. I will never purchase an automobile from this location again and don’t plan to patronize their service department. More
I wish I would have done more research before going here. If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my vehicle to Crysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Seminole County believing they were better than the Deland Dodge Jeep If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my vehicle to Crysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Seminole County believing they were better than the Deland Dodge Jeep Ram. Boy was I wrong. My regular mechanic suggested I take my Durango to a Dodge dealership to have the Auxillary battery tested. I made an appointment and dropped it off the night before. Around 11 am I got the diagnostic report via text from them after checking over my vehicle. It had two items listed as needing to be done IMMEDIATELY. The first was replacing both batteries (for $741.87) and the second was performing fuel system service with a throttle body clean (for $404.97). The batteries did not surprise me as that was the reason I went. They sent me a portal link stating the work to be done, but no explanation. The directions on the portal said to read the comments to find more information, but there were no comments. Just our technician found a problem. I called at 1130am to find out what problem they had found since this needed to be done IMMEDIATELY and I wanted my vehicle back by the end of the day. By 2 pm I still had no response, so I called again. Was put on hold for 20 mins before being told my service advisor was still unavailable. The work was so important that it needed to be done NOW, but not important enough to answer my questions or call me back. After waiting past 3 pm I told them via text they were not allowed to work on my car and I would pick it up by 5 pm. Magically they were able to call me back. I called my regular mechanic and scheduled the fix for the next day( and it was only $675). The real kicker to me is that the fuel system was fine and no work was needed. My mechanic said it was a recommended service to be done at 100,000 miles unless I report issues, which I did not. So they lied to me about work needing to be done leaving me worried and concerned about the safety of my vehicle, to earn an extra buck. Avoid them like the plague. More

My new car was bought here. The sales team was not the issue. The issue was when the new car immediately broke. Ok. Things happen. The whole radio touch screen went out. This ba The sales team was not the issue. The issue was when the new car immediately broke. Ok. Things happen. The whole radio touch screen went out. This basically controls everything in the car. I took it back to be repaired. Was told I would be getting a refurbished unit to replace it. I did not agree with this solution as my car was NEW not used or refurbished in any way. Went around in circles dealing with Chrysler corporation and trying to contact the general manager for this dealer, to try and move it up the chain to maybe get a more acceptable solution. The general manager never responded to any calls or emails. Instead he had the service manager, Tom Harpster, call and try and convince me to take this USED radio. Some story about it being personally tested because it was operated on by an actual human and not one off the assembly line- blah blah blah. Anyhow, I was so over my car not working that I agreed to take this refurbished radio. I was told to bring my car in and it would be fixed the next day. Tom wanted me to stay around and chat, learn a little more about him??? So naturally I show up, entire family in tow, I needed my husband to give me a ride home. So we waited to hear what Mr. Tom the service manager had to say. My husband was still not happy about spending $50,000 on a car and having used parts put in. Tom kept us waiting for a good half hour with 3 little kids. Then he came in like his pants were on fire to talk to us. An immediate air of aggravation and attitude. Of course he already knew we weren’t happy about the way our car was being fixed because my husband explained to one of the service guys who we spoke to when we arrived that he was still upset. He wanted Tom to explain about the process and make him feel better about getting this part and it’s warranty-being used, and what that meant for the car’s warranty. Instead of making us feel good about getting this fixed, he yelled at us in the lobby. He told us that if we weren’t going to be satisfied with his team putting a used part in my brand new and paid for car, we could leave. He was demeaning to me as a woman, saying he and I had had an “adult conversation” about this and now here’s my husband with questions. As a matter of fact, he said he would not fix our car and we could go some where else. I have never been treated so poorly by a manager of a business before. I’m sad to have spent any money with this dealer. And we wasted weeks trying to come to a resolution. Weeks where my car wasn’t working. I took it to another local dealer. And now we are on the road to a NEW part being placed in my new car. So I guess it worked out. I will never ever use this dealer again. I have been very loyal to Chrysler. I’m on my 3rd Pacifica and I’ve loved them. But this dealer is not in the business of customer service. Tom Harpster should not be talking to customers. He was disrespectful and rude. I wish I had read some reviews before purchasing here. People have had a lot to say. Hopefully my review will help people when choosing their local dealer relationship. People deserve to be treated with respect and dignity. You won’t find that at Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Seminole County. More

THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. THIS IS HOW THEY ARE ABLE TO CONTINUE DOING BUSINESS. YOU WON'T FIND THE OWNER BECAUSE THIS DEALERSHIP IS IN THE NAME OF ANOTHER DEALERSHIP IN OREGON THIS IS HOW THEY ARE ABLE TO CONTINUE DOING BUSINESS. YOU WON'T FIND THE OWNER BECAUSE THIS DEALERSHIP IS IN THE NAME OF ANOTHER DEALERSHIP IN OREGON. ALL I WANTED WAS AN ESTIMATE ON MY TRUCK AND THEY SAID IT WOULD BE $175.00 TO DO THE DIAGNOSTICS AND ESTIMATE AND THEY WANTED IT UP FRONT. WHEN I GO A WEEK LATER AND FIND OUT THE TRUCK HASN'T BEEN TOUCHED, I WAS TOLD THE TRUCK WAS NOT LEAVING THERE UNLESS I GAVE THEM $800 MORE DOLLARS EVEN THOUGH THEY HADN'T DONT ANYTHING TO IT. I WENT AROUND THE FRONT LOOKING FOR THE OWNER, THEY LAUGHED IN MY FACE AND SAID HE IS NEVER THERE, SORRY ABOUT YOUR LUCK AND LAUGHED AGAIN. SO I TURNED AND WALKED OUT AFTER THANKING THEM. NOW FOR THE GOOD PART, EVERY 2 YEARS MY BOSS SENDS ME OUT IN SOME OLD TRUCK TO GO TO THE DEALERSHIPS FOR AN ESTIMATE AND THE ONES WHO STICK IT TO HIM NEVER HEARS FROM HIM AGAIN. THE ONE'S THAT DO GOOD HONEST BUSINESS, WHICH ARE VERY xxxx FEW, THEY ARE THE ONES HE ORDERS HIS 20 TRUCKS FROM EVERY 2 YEARS. More
