Great Service and Service Advisor Andy was my service advisor when I came into the dealership on Wednesday. Andy made sure that my wife’s Jeep Wrangler had side boards installed and wh Andy was my service advisor when I came into the dealership on Wednesday. Andy made sure that my wife’s Jeep Wrangler had side boards installed and while it was at the dealership also discovered the AM/FM radio was not working and since it is covered under the warranty ordered a replacement. My wife has used another dealership in the past but we will definitely continue to use Fields Jeep in Sanford and always request Andy to take care of us. Even though we live in Winter Park and there are closer dealerships, we will still make the drive to Sanford and continue to come to Fields Jeep for all of our Service and Purchase needs More

Great experience So I walked in to this service center pretty frazzled because my 2015 Jeeps AC decided to go out on me. But as soon as one of the service engineers walked over to me and listened to my frantic ramble of how this shouldn’t be happening. I was met with sincereness and patiences. They took care of everything and explained in full detail what the process was going to be. Tony set me up with a rental and gave me update calls in regards to my car. I would rather of not gone through this experience but I’m glad I did it at this location of Jeep. Everyone was great! Thank you all for wonderful service! More

Money missing from lower center console As I had talked to Brian on Monday following Saturday Quick Lube and Truck Wash. I keep extra cash “hidden” in my Lower Center Console under a contai As I had talked to Brian on Monday following Saturday Quick Lube and Truck Wash. I keep extra cash “hidden” in my Lower Center Console under a container which holds miscellaneous items such as pens, post-it note pads, phone charger cord, gum pack and etc.. I was in Lower Center Console on Friday evening, everything was in “it’s place”. Saturday late afternoon I went to place something in the Center Console and noticed my storage container was leaning. It had been lifted up and other items around it kept it from sitting back down flat. I picked up container and noticed my cash was missing. There was an more than $80.00 there, l estimate approximately $85.00. I assume it was one of the Fields personnel that had access to the Cab privately for a minute, I also assume that this person, while momentarily in service/car wash vehicles always looks through Center Consoles for opportunities. I think the thought may have been that I would not notice anything out of place and would not notice for an extended period of time, therefore could not identify when the cash became missing. But I did notice Saturday late afternoon. I provided an opportunity and a person took advantage of that opportunity. More
