Quality Service Went in for routine maintenance and suspected that the front end needed to be aligned, which it as it turns out it did. Horrible service, the service manager is rude! Had my Durango over a month to fix a water leak. Also my car was hit by a tree while under the care of fields. service, the service manager is rude! Says it's not their responsibility. Worst dealership and customer service ever! More
