Service department is usually great, but this time they quoted a higher price than usual for an oil change without looking for any discounts like they normally do. Whoever performed the change just barely got the car on the lift correctly because when we got home, there was a big rubber spacer still attached to the frame of my car. It’s about 5” x 6” x 4”. If it would have been a little further misaligned it could have done damage to my car. I’ll have to return it to your service department the next time I’m over that way. More
