I try to contact them with phone messages and never received any response. So I decided to go to the dealership. Since the salesman did not respond, I wanted to speak with the manager. Mr. Chad Clingerman met with me and promised that if the key is lost, they will replace it. I waited for a few weeks and still have not received the key. I called and as usual no response. I went back to the dealership and met with Mr. Chad again. He told me to go ahead and get the key and submit the bill. He will give me a check rightaway. I thought it was strange becuse usually the dealership does this. I agreed in good faith and went to Benz dealership and paid for a new key. I submitted the bill to Mr. Chad. He told me that it has to be sent to Tampa for reimbursement which is different than what he told me earlier. It has been few weeks and I still have not received the reimbursement and no response to my message. I am really disappointed with the after sales experience at this dealership. More

I had an awesome experience at this dealership in Seminole County. The dealer we worked with was Todd and he was extremely efficient, honest, and reliable. Although there was not a lot of room for "b Seminole County. The dealer we worked with was Todd and he was extremely efficient, honest, and reliable. Although there was not a lot of room for "bargaining", he did allow the warranty to be extended since it was a 2023 but listed as "New". He checked up with us numerous days after and was super helpful! We went to around 8 dealerships in 4 days and this was the best and last. Highly recommend. More
Unhappy with the vagueness of representative about possible warranty work. Also suggested replacing cabin air filter with out looking at it. Stated that glove box was locked. They could have asked me possible warranty work. Also suggested replacing cabin air filter with out looking at it. Stated that glove box was locked. They could have asked me to unlock it. The warranty was one of the selling points for me. Not sure now.At a previous visit service manager stated that motor Mounts would be covered under warranty. Also would call me when they came in never got a call. The service person also said that it has a oil leak but could not tell me where it was coming from. Said it would have to be evaluated by a different service tech. That just doesn't make sense. It's not rocket science. You just follow the leak. The service or admin is person or is not the list. It's been quite the learning lesson with this company along with Jeep on a whole. I bought my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee on 9/24/23 with 2000 miles and it was considered "brand new" since it was never reg along with Jeep on a whole. I bought my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee on 9/24/23 with 2000 miles and it was considered "brand new" since it was never registered by a previous owner. I test drove and did a normal visual inspection and nothing seemed out of the ordinary except....there was a broken piece of plastic that was detached from something we couldn't pinpoint then. We showed to the sales agent and he explained that if we ever came across any damage in relation to the dislodged piece just reach out and he'll handle it. The sales agent Ricky was great and the experience up to that point was 5s until we brought it home and proceeded to install our custom floor mats we ordered a week later. My wife and I noticed that there was floor damage to the battery housing under the passenger seat once it pulls alllllll the way forward. The damage was hidden under the original floor mat but it would have been quite obvious for the dealer "if" they did a proper inspection before it was sold. I immediately reached out to the dealer and explained my findings and I was instructed to bring it in. They took one look and immediately tried to shift the blame to us even though we had evidence that this was done prior to our purchase especially since there was a broken piece of plastic which was no where near the damage at the time. They told me to get in touch with Jeep Customer Care to open a claim which I did. Everything seemed to be coming along fine and the repair was scheduled but then that facility backed out last minute due to the nature of the damage apparently and is trying to "FORCE" me to go through my insurance which I will not do since the damage was not my doing. In conclusion, the Chevrolet at Seminole Orlando has been ignoring the fact that they sold me a defected vehicle and is taking no accountability for what they did. If it happened to me it can happen to you. If ANYONE has any advice I'm all ears but for now I'll be driving around with a hole in the floor of my so called brand new car. More
My son bought a Jeep Cherokee a couple years ago and they rolled 2 vehicles into the financing as trade-ins. The payment was extremely high, but the finance guy stated after paying on it for about 3-6 month rolled 2 vehicles into the financing as trade-ins. The payment was extremely high, but the finance guy stated after paying on it for about 3-6 months, he could refinance it at a lower rate, but what he failed to tell my son and I was that he would have negative equity and that it would require a large down payment to refinance. He currently owes about 28k and it's only worth about 17-18k. He wants to trade this in for a truck so he can use it for work purposes, but can't do it because of this negative equity. They were not transparent and I've reached out about this with no luck on fixing the situation. I'm very upset and trusted they told my son and I everything up front so we could make an informed decision. More
I bought a new Ram 1500 less than a week ago. Battery died and was replaced. The second battery died on Sunday when service is closed. Sales isn't authorized to loan out courtesy cars. So now I d Battery died and was replaced. The second battery died on Sunday when service is closed. Sales isn't authorized to loan out courtesy cars. So now I didn’t have a working vehicle and no confidence in this new truck. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy American. I’ve always bought Nissan in the past and have never had an issue in 20 years. Brought my 2022 Jeep in due to extreme wobble in the steering wheel while driving on I-4. Was immediately told that my warranty would not cover the visit due to signs of “abuse” as evidenced by me havin steering wheel while driving on I-4. Was immediately told that my warranty would not cover the visit due to signs of “abuse” as evidenced by me having dirt and grass on the tires and underside of the jeep. Most likely caused when I had to pull in to median while on I-4. After agreeing to a charge of $550 to diagnose the issue and perform an alignment, I was told that there was catastrophic damage and the differential and knuckles would need replaced. Could not give me an estimate due to “computers being down,” but told me I could claim this through my insurance. After several requests for an exact quote and after I elected to pick up my Jeep, I was provided an estimate for $9,532 for replacement of steering parts based on the fact the Service dept rep told me “this same thing happened with a gladiator a few months back and these were the parts that were needed to be replaced. I am unsure if an actual mechanic determined these parts were damaged. I took my Jeep to another certified mechanic and was told that the bolts on the ball joint axle were “severely loose” and all other parts were intact. The new mechanic did not charge me to tighten the bolts or to inspect the other steering parts. Did question why I didn’t go to the dealer since my jeep was under warranty and only had 24,000 miles. I feel that the dealership is either incompetent and could not diagnose the problem correctly or they are trying to encourage patrons to claim insurance fraudulently rather than standing behind the warranty guaranteed with their vehicles. I always buy new vehicles due to wanting to ensure my vehicle will be covered by warranty. This is my second purchase from this dealer. I no longer have faith in this dealership or the fact I should be able to expect my vehicle to be covered by the warranty within the expected time frame. I purchased a Jeep with 4 wheel drive and did not expect my warranty to be excluded due to the fact I have “grass and sand” on the tires or bumper guard. Highly disappointed in the dealer and service I received. More
