Todd was patient, understanding and not sleazy whatsoever. The car was ready for me to test drive the second I got there. When it came to the numbers, he worked with me in am honest way. One experience I had the guy made me feel like I couldn't afford a new car and their manager was giving me outrageous numbers and asking to look at different cars. Todd answered all my questions and made sure I was happy from smart to finish. The finance manager Sarah was also very friendly and explained everything clearly. I did not feel like I was cheated or was paying any blind fees and I will for sure be coming back to them when I am ready to upgrade. More
