Quick Lube Oil Change with free car wash was very efficient. This visit was the fastest, one out of more than 10, I have had at Fields Dodge. Greeted quickly, truck was in shop and on lift within 2 efficient. This visit was the fastest, one out of more than 10, I have had at Fields Dodge. Greeted quickly, truck was in shop and on lift within 20 minutes, then in line for car wash within 20 minutes and car wash was getting vehicles completed as fast as they came in. Scheduling of needed appointment was easy. Service advisor Johnathon Fiermonti did all required to get needed part ordered and move the needed warranty repair forward without delay. Matt allowed for me to meet with the servicing TECH, view part and informed me of repair process required. The repair was completed and I was out within an hour. More
