One of the sales managers Will Lindner, salesman Cyrus Wingit and Finance man (Mohammad) Mishka are a GREAT team. I have bought vehicles all over the country and I can honestly say this was the best truck Wingit and Finance man (Mohammad) Mishka are a GREAT team. I have bought vehicles all over the country and I can honestly say this was the best truck-buying experience I have ever had. And that's saying a lot as the original truck I went to look at had some cosmetic issues from transportation. When I brought these issues up to Cyrus, he went and got Will to look at it and as my family and I were getting ready to leave Will said "Hey Matt, I really hate that you drove 1.5 hours just to turn around and go home, I have one other dually truck in the back lot, let me bring that around and we will see if you like that one." Long story short, they brought that other truck around which was one trim level UP from what I originally came to buy and Will worked with me on numbers and made it happen. Cyrus and Will were very accommodating for the whole experience as I was with my wife and 3 daughters. They made us feel welcome to hang out and grab water/coffee and snacks while they tried to get us the most for our trade (Ford F-350) and the best price on the truck. MSRP on the new truck was an additional $13k but they never once pressured us as my wife and I talked back and forth for well over an hour before deciding to move forward with the sale. The icing on the cake was the finance portion. Mishka never pushed or tried to coerce me into getting an extended warranty or gap or any of the usual up-sells. I explained that I trade my truck every two years, so it didn't make sense for me and he never asked again. Mishka must have thanked me for my purchase and our business 4-5 times. We will be back when I trade this truck and given the right deal we will be trading our Expedition sometime for something comparable, as well (reach out Cyrus! Even if ya have to Wingit). Thanks again guys, we sure do appreciate all the effort you all put in last Saturday to make our vehicle purchasing experience a great one. More

1 Star – Poor Service After the Sale We purchased a 2025 Ram Bighorn from Seminole Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, but when we needed them most, they were nowhere to be found. While traveling, we blew the engine, and despite it being under warranty, Dodge was initially reluctant to cover the replacement. We made multiple calls to Seminole CJDR, hoping for some assistance in dealing with Dodge, but not once did they call us back. Thankfully, Firkins Dodge in Sarasota stepped up—even though we didn’t buy the truck from them—and went to bat for us, getting Dodge to honor the warranty. That’s what true customer service looks like. Seminole CJDR’s lack of support and complete disregard for customer service after the sale speaks volumes. We will never buy another vehicle from them, and we certainly won’t be recommending them to anyone. Bought 2025 SST on Dec 2025. Had engine lifter noise when cold. Dealer said no big deal will work out when broke in. Drove to Tn. To take wife to chemo session at Vanderbilt. Transmission broke internally and dealer took 5 weeks to replace. 3500 miles on speedo. Drove truck a other two weeks. Had engine oil change and 100 miles later engine locked up! Peppers Dodge in Paris Tennessee had truck towed in and determined engine bearings failed and was shot. Ordered new engine with an ETA of one to three months. They gave me a loaner car to drive and have been great. I cannot take car out of state and I have a 98 year old mother in Florida/where I bought truck that needs help a d I am stuck. Made 3 payments now and Drove truck for only 3 weeks total. New truck has been a real xxx and I would like to get rid of it! Buyers Beware of Stellantis as they are having major labor issues at their factory in Mexico. This is my 5th Dodge and my last. FYI. I HAVE CALLED SEMINOLE DODGE THREE TIMES NOW REQUESTING ASSISTANCE AND PROMISED A REPLY BUT TO DATE NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK. VERY BAD DEALER CUSTOMER SERVICE----STAY AWAY FROM THEM IF POSSIBLE!!!! .. More
Service center — very poor Nick York Tells me 1 1/2 hour for yet another recall issue on 2022 Ram limited “ a dangerous ABS brake software issue” I drop - explain to staff I’ll be back in 1 1/2 hour- hour for yet another recall issue on 2022 Ram limited “ a dangerous ABS brake software issue” I drop - explain to staff I’ll be back in 1 1/2 hour- was specific and drop staff confirmed. Return in 2 1-2 — told nothings been done because I asked them to look at rear cam visual on infotainment center and see if they consider it to be fuzzy. Literally a 10 second job “” Apparently , as explained by Nick, I asked for extra work so my truck after sitting for 2 1/2 hours hadn’t even entered shop to begin recall” software download which supposedly is 1 1/2 hour. Refused to take any responsibility for jamming my day. Kept saying I told him I was going to “drop the car” and he says that be Thought “ I meant leaving it for day / days. Never - not true- we all drop the car for service wether we are waiting or not and in this case I specifically asked about time for service before “drop” and upon drop” with Nick and another associate. We purchase a car for my daughter. The day we went to go look at the car there was no hood damage & they wouldn’t come down to our price. The next day The sales person called to let us know they would agree on our price. We got in our car & drove back to the dealership. When we got there the car was getting detailed as the car was getting detailed we started the paperwork process once we finished the paperwork the car was redy for us to take home. My daughter & my wife got in the car & drove home & parked the car in front of our house as they get out & started walking toward the front of the car they saw the dents on the hood. They took pictures & sent them to me to show me the hood. I right away sent the pictures to the sales person & told me to contact his manager to see how we can fix the hood. 2 days went by without a returned phone call from the manager finally after 6 calls to the dealership spoke with the manager & told me there’s nothing they can do because it’s a used car. As I explained to him, the damage was never there the day we looked at the car. The damage was after we purchased it without seeing the car again still nothing no effort at all to try to fix it. Very sad. It will cost me thousands to fix now. More

She got me approximately $3K more for my trade than KBB offered. I purchased a 2024 Ram 1500 with a HEMI and it was the first time I felt like I got one over on the dealership. I was in and out within an hour and no pushy up sale on warranties or add-ons from her or the finance department. More
