Worst honda tech. Brought car in fuel pump recalled. Tech installed the pump incorrectly n car died middle busy street. It caused heavy n dangerous traffic jam. Car had be towed twice ober $700. Once towed car back to Hona Selma, tech wanted $195 diagnostic checkup before they would look into my car that Honda tech screwed up. That was absolutely shameful n unacceptable for tech to request such thing. Honda caused my car to shutdown n still wanted more money. This was so untrustworthy and set a bad example for dealer. I would not recommend such place. Im still trying get my tow fee back from auto insurance. For such an egregious error, Hona Selma such politely just refunded my fees for tow truck n mental distress. My son was there for oil change. It’s first time over there because I always trust Honda North Fresno. But this time they didn’t have an early appointment available. When he came back my car was damaged on left side. There was a big bump on it. I texted to the number that was given to contact during service. I explained it and sent the pictures of my car. But until now I never received any response. If it’s not their fault then at least they should respond back. That’s why I’ll never recommend them. More
