I scheduled a transmission service at your dealership because I was told it should be handled by the professionals there. The service was expensive, about double the cost of other shops, which I was will because I was told it should be handled by the professionals there. The service was expensive, about double the cost of other shops, which I was willing to pay if the job was done correctly. However, when I picked up my vehicle, multiple check-engine lights were on, including a transmission warning light. I asked someone in the service department about it, and they brought over a technician who immediately began complaining and swearing about the other technician who supposedly rushed through the job and then left. They took my car back in and discovered that the sensors on the transmission had not been plugged back in. This was frustrating and concerning, especially considering the premium price I paid. It makes me question whether the rest of the service was done thoroughly or correctly. Based on my experience, I would not recommend getting service done here. More
