I have to say that James Younis made my experience a delight. I had researched my car choice for about 3 weeks. Found the exact car and price that i could afford. I felt very comfortable and at ease when making the deal. Very nice and professional staff at this particular dealership. I visited a few dealerships before making my decision. Unpleasant buying experience I purchased a RX350 Lexus that had 7000 miles on the odometer. After purchasing the vehicle the the low pressure tire light came on. I took the car to I purchased a RX350 Lexus that had 7000 miles on the odometer. After purchasing the vehicle the the low pressure tire light came on. I took the car to a tire store and was told that the tires on the car have a 50K warranty. They also informed me that there was only approximately 10K miles of tread left on the front tires. I went back to Select Luxury and they said they would do nothing. I thought I was dealing with a reputable company but my buying experience was not pleasant. More

Above and Beyond - MY BEST car buying experience ever!!! My experience with the Select Luxury team has been my best car buy experience EVER. I was looking to purchase a car to surprise my wife for our anniv My experience with the Select Luxury team has been my best car buy experience EVER. I was looking to purchase a car to surprise my wife for our anniversary. After an extensive search I found the car online. As I was buying from out-of-state, I was hesitant purchasing online from a dealer I was not familiar with, but Select Luxury had the best deal on a great looking car. Working with James Younis immediately put me at ease. James emailed me all the information I requested including the Carfax and additional pictures. Still hesitant about buying a car I hadn't seen first hand, I asked a friend of mine in the Atlanta area to stop by and look at the car for me. When my buddy reported back glowing reviews on the car, dealership, and his interaction with James it sealed the deal for me. However, I was under the gun to get the get the car delivered from their dealership to my home in NC in time to surprise my wife. This was the most incredible part of my experience. James worked with his internal teams to expedite documents to me and stayed in contact with me throughout the weekend. We ran into further complications with a bank holiday getting in the way of the transaction being completed in our needed timeframe. The owner (Robbie) got involved, and the team at Select Luxury went above and beyond to get the sale done and get the car to us the same day. Incredible service! I'm not usually a review writer, but this experience compelled me to share my experience. Select Luxury has good cars at fair to good prices relative to the market. James was the ideal sales guy - informative, responsive, but not at all pushy. And the fact that the ownership is willing to go the extra mile as far as these guys have is just rare. Add that together, this will be the first place I look for for my next car, and will recommend them to friends, family, and anybody in the market for a luxury car. More

We actually came to look at a Mini Cooper S and couldn't pass up an incredible on a BMW M6. All cars on the lot seem to be top quality and very well maintained (Which tells me they have high standards). Zero sales pressure. Extremely easy to deal with. Wife and I test drove the car, stuck a deal and completed the paperwork in less than an hour and a half. Got a great rate and no surprises. First place to look for my next car. Expected Better Customer Service! Hi Just an update as to what Select Luxury Cars did for me and why I changed my rating to one star. In writing they said they wanted to resolve my is Hi Just an update as to what Select Luxury Cars did for me and why I changed my rating to one star. In writing they said they wanted to resolve my issues as shown below. I called them a lot, they only called me a time or two. They said they want to make restitution and would split the costs. They never did. I have an email saying they would go in on the repairs but did not. I bought a car from Select Luxury Cars. There were some issues so I sent the owner a letter. No response, Then I received a call from an employee and was told the service department would contact me, but they did not. This is the letter I sent but have omitted personal information. Dear Sir, I am writing this letter in hope that you may be able to help me. My wife and I, (names omitted), bought a vehicle a few weeks ago and cannot say that we had a great experience. We bought a 2014 Mercedes GL 550. At first, we felt all was going okay. We mentioned to our sales representative that the vent in the sun roof was missing and he told us he would order one for us. We felt that was fare. We went through the financing and prepared to leave. To our surprise, as we were going to leave, he brought us one key and told us we would not be getting another. We started the vehicle and started to sync my wife’s phone to the car. As we were doing so, the engine coolant light came on. We went in and told our sales representative, and he had service put more coolant in. We thought all was well with regards to the coolant. The following week my wife noticed the coolant light come on again, so she took it to the dealer. They told us a main hose joint was leaking and needed to be replaced. We had it replace at a cost of $708 dollars. My wife and I were surprised that your service inspection never took care of this problem. With regards to the vent, our sales representative found the vent, but it was in pieces. He suggested we glue it and put it into the sunroof panel, but we found that we could not repair it. Our sales representative said he would get one for us, and since we cannot repair the vent, we believe our sales representative should get us one like he said he would. Our final surprise was we found another electrical component which is not working properly. Given that we were told the vehicle was put through some 100 plus point inspection, it is with regret that the vehicle we bought from you has cost me over $700 in repairs already, I am left with a broken sunroof vent, only have one key for the vehicle and have another component in the vehicle not working properly. I hope you will consider resolving the issues we still face and offset the cost we have incurred through this purchase. Sincerely Yours, The electrical issues where in fact two, windshield washer did not spray fluid and the sunroof does not work properly. I gave Select Luxury Cars several weeks to talk to me about this, other that a call saying someone from service would call, which service did not call, I have not heard from anyone. More
Exceptional customer service I had contacted James and purchasing a Range Rover. I live in New York and I needed a detailed discription. He was very detailed and very helpful and I had contacted James and purchasing a Range Rover. I live in New York and I needed a detailed discription. He was very detailed and very helpful and even sent my Range to the dealer for pre purchase inspection. The Range Rover inspection cans excellent and not even one comment. I flew from New York to Georgia and James and Jerry at finance were excellent and exceptional in the way how they treated me. I would highly recommend them as a dealership.
